I have ordered Captain Black Gold tobacco, but they shipped absolutely different and very dry tobacco. I talked to them and explained my issues. Their answer was "we are sorry the manufacturer supplies a wrong product". Amazing answer, the seller company has no any responsibility!!! It looks like I lost about $100. I would not recommend to purchase products from this company, its FRAUD.

Been buying all of my pipe tobacco, pipes, and accessories from here for many years. Never had any issues. Never had to contact them. Always fast shipping and decent prices. I like supporting smaller-name suppliers like these folks even if it costs me a bit more. The website has stayed the same and it's ok, but it could use a few updates. As long as the government doesn't step in and do something stupid, I will continue to buy from WV.

I have ordered several times from them and every shipment was packed correctly, shipped economically and arrived on schedule. They have a great selection of pipes and pipe tobaccos as well as cigars and smoking accessories. I recommend them as an honest well run business.
