Joe and Garrett helped me package and ship an electric guitar. They were helpful, efficient, and professional. I've been here a couple of times to ship items and always had good service. Would recommend.

Used to love going here always fast and never a problem. Before I would have always given 5 stars and highly recommend here. Not anymore. This time which will be my last. The dude working there puts 1lb of tape on both of my boxes I’m trying to send back. And then says, “before I scan these it’s gonna be $8.00 for the tape” I said, “ would have been nice to know that before hand.” He just says, “sorry” what a joke this place is. I’ve never had such an experience. Do yourself a favor and go to USPS, FEDEX. Or UPS. Wherever the package is going just go to that designated building. This place is a joke.

Better hours than every post office around here, convenient if you don’t mind printing shipping labels as they do not accept the label broker service here which is reasonable.

Has been convenient to pick up mail, but they don't stay up to date with their hours. I tried to pick up my mail on Nov 11. Their website said they were open, the phone message said their current hours were 9-6, and Google said they were open. I drove all the way there to find out they were closed for Veterans Day.
