“My uhaul was dropped off here without my knowledge when booked. This site requires a appt to get your box opened, unlike a commercial center which previous I had immediate access too. After reaching the owner and explaining the issues, John promptly arrived to help me access my belongings. In addition , he also helped recover a refund for late delivery. 5 stars for handling the issue.”
