We had great help from West Run as we were trying to rent a storage unit. As it turns out we had to get a unit in another city. But the person was very patient and very helpful. They went above to help!

I called West Run Storage around 9pm on a Saturday night with an emergency situation. I needed a storage unit for the early morning Sunday night. Not only did they call me back within 5 minutes, they waited for my call until 11:35pm while I searched for alternative solutions to my storage problem. Their customer service is 10 out of 10. Super shout out to West Run Storage for their customer care. *****

Most of my stuff got damaged don't put anything there that made of wood or cotton otherwise alga will be growing in your stuff !! I throw most of my stuff honestly the worst storage ever! GO somewhere else save yourself a headache!!

Needed storage for my new cabinets while I demo'd and reconstructed my kitchen. GREAT, friendly service! My storage unit was clean and the facility itself is clean and well-lit. The ability to drive inside made unloading and loading very easy. You won't be disappointed.

I would recommend this storage to others because, when I call in to try to get the storage area I found it to be better care then the other places I called. This was because of the fact that when calling West Run Storage a real person was there to pick up the phone not an answering machine. Furthermore when parking my truck I liked the fact that I had enough space to turn around while other places I have used in the past have been to narrow to do so
