I have to say Byron was an absolute class act, gentleman, and life saver. He checked my friend's phone to make sure it wasn't hacked as odd messages kept coming up on the phone. He was super thorough and brought true comfort and peace in helping us out. I promise the next time I need a new phone, I will drive almost 2 hours just to give him the sales and business. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for any future purchases and phones I need.

If this is the store that John works at:PLEASE go somewhere else!! This man completely took advantage of my 82 year old mother around Christmas,he told her she would get 2 free tablets(which are costing her $60.00 a month) and she just realized it because she hasn't been paying attention to her bill and Trusted you JOHN! He also tried to say that we ordered a new phone and it was sent to us,which my mother is being charged for(the phone And the line) but yet we have NO NEW PHONE, he tried to say we took the SIM card out of our old phone and put in the new 1,yet here we are...NO NEW PHONE... When my mother tried to ask him about it,he ignored herquestions/concerns and told her that "Her bill was the same amount either way",He refused to work with her,he was so rude it made my blood boil, but I will take the high road and use our experience to inform others of his behavior and the fact he WILL scam you!If John doesn't work here .... Sorry ?and I'm sure y'all are great!

My wife and I was having problems with our phones Maston Casto was a life savor he was kind and courteous very polite and a true man of his word he took care of a bad situation corrected everything and got us out the door with our phones working I highly recommend him, he is very professional and a pleasure to deal with

This store helped me with getting my phone and even correcting a bill problem with customer support that took about 2 hours to handle. I cannot scream enough how good their customer service is. Shoutout to Caleb.

Bryce and Joshua deserve a special thank you and praise. You aren’t always having the best day when you have to visit the phone store… I had been having issues with my cellular data and was feeling a little cranky that it had set off my daily plans. But as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile, hellos, and genuine conversation. They listened to my troubles and provided multiple solutions for my best plan of action. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell anything but rather offer options and help educate me. Both made my visit a very enjoyable experience. I’m choosing this Verizon location every time.

Extremely upset!!! I ordered an iphone 15 pro on October 1st. It was delivered on October 4th. I also ordered the iPhone 15 pro max the same day. It was delivered on October 23rd. I now have to wait for ANOTHER 15 pro to come in because my original one is no longer at the store! The associate said that there must have been a glitch. However, I received an email and tracking shows that it was delivered. I was told that there are no managers in the store that I can speak to and that he was not allowed to give out his supervisor’s contact information. I will NEVER deal with this establishment EVER AGAIN! Not even worth giving 1 star!

I don't do online reviews but I think its worth the time when someone like Veronica finally helps. I have had issues with understanding some charges on my bill and the phone customer support has been of no help. The store rep Veronica was the first person that was actually able to address the questions I had without trying to rush me into just buying something. I would highly suggest if you have problems or questions with Verizon, just go into the store. The phone support gives the run around over and over while the store reps actually want to fix things.

I cannot believe how amazing the service at this store was!! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and extremely informative when it comes to choosing a new phone. Unfortunately the server was down when trying to get a new phone (absolutely no fault of anyone there) and I spent a few hours in the store waiting for things to come back online. While I waited, the staff shared pictures of baby ducks, performed karaoke that would make Beyoncé jealous, ordered me delivery food (Oryza right down the road), and even ran outside to help an older lady cross the street safely!!!! I’m pretty sure they saved her life. I was utterly astonished at the care & compassion of this team. 10/10 would recommend to a friend, easily the best cell phone store I have ever had the pleasure of walking into.

I went into Verizon with my mom to help get her prepaid service working again after a technical error with the payment process on the Verizon prepaid app. Veronica was so helpful with the entire experience and ended up convincing me and my family members to switch to a contract and got us a good deal on some new phones! Can't recommend enough she made us all feel at ease and I knew she was genuinely trying to help us find the best deal and service! Thanks again :)

I stopped in tonight at 9:15p, and Veronica helped me out and was wonderful. She was happily helping me, when I looked at my watch and asked "when do you close?" She said "15 minutes ago, but don't worry, I can help you out." She solved a couple problems fairly quickly. Stellar service.

I'll be honest, I generally hate doing things like upgrading my phone. Maybe that's why it has been six years since my last upgrade? (Don't judge).Veronica helped me out today with a phone upgrade and some revisions to my plan. Not only was it a totally painless experience (much to my surprise), it was actually enjoyable. She was super-friendly, answered all of my questions, and did a fantastic job presenting all of my options.If I could add a bonus star in here for her showing me a couple adorable pictures of her pup while my phone data transferred, I would.6/5 stars! It may be less than six years before my next upgrade.

I recently visited this Verizon with my partner and his family to get signed up and trade our phones in for a new family plan. Despite the arduous process, Veronica, the worker who we had scheduled an appointment for, made the transition exceptionally easy for all four of us. She made sure that all of our files and photos were transferred fully, and was also making sure that we were fully aware of the deals that Verizon was offering. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my new phone and the benefits that followed. Thank you so much for your work, Veronica!
