The older male made me feel so stupid for having concerns and laughed at me to his coworkers as I walked away. Rudest encounter I've had in a while. Left without shipping anything.

Staff is pretty unpleasant. Especially the older gentleman. He’s worked there for years and I’m not sure he has ever been pleasant. I’ve gotten treated like a high risk individual just for asking for international stamps, which in a university town, you wouldn’t think was a strange request. Staff is just not helpful here.

The people that work at this post office are mind bogglingly terrible at customer service and generally unpleasant to work with. Don't expect to be helped without being made to feel like an idiot.

As you can see from other reviews 1 star is really common for this place. I swear the 2 guys that work at this place are the rudest postal workers I’ve ever encountered. on multiple occasions they refused to ship my boxes because the label was the “wrong size” even when I know they’re lying because the post office on high street has no issues. Save yourself time and a headache and use the high street Post office!!

Oh, man, I thought I was the only one but apparently there are others. This office is the rudest post office that I have ever visited. There is this guy who is very, very rude. I would say extremely rude and unprofessional. This guy should not handle customers. Something has to be done with this guy. This guy makes his money by service customers and yet, he treats customers like shi*t.

I paid for an Amazon package and it didn’t arrive. Also, they keep delivering our neighbor’s mail to us. Why is it that UPS always delivers to the right address while the USPS delivers to the wrong address. Very pathetic.

absolutely ridiculous. To begin, they sent me a final notice on a package after not sending me a first notice. The date was yesterday when this package was supposed to be delivered to me. The reason is because they said I wasn’t here all of yesterday. I was in my home all yesterday and today and I have a ring doorbell yet I see no one with video evidence of them trying to reach my residence. After all that i think it’s okay, i’ll just get it rescheduled-oh wait. Because someone did not deliver my package (my suspicion is because they didn’t want to walk up the flight of steps I have leading to my home) and the final notice they gave me I can’t do that. Unless I get a tracking number, which I also can’t get because I was not the person who ordered/sent the package.I can’t go to pick up said package because of my work day being from 8-7:30. After that I thought, no biggie I’ll call except no one answered my phone. The service said the agents working stop working at 6. Once again, no one answered my call and I have been calling since 5:00. I have been here once before and the service was repellent but it was one occasion so I didn’t feel the need to comment, but now I am rightfully angry. If you can, go to another place.
