The problem I seen was there was only 2 gentleman working the Saturday I was there. They were both helping other customers when I come through the door. The birthday greet me but the problem was it takes so long on the computer that there should have been somebody else I waited for over 45 minutes

I want to give a big shout out to MIRANDA at the University Town Center in Morgantown. THANK YOU - THANK YOU- THANK YOU!!!!! Your help with activating my new phone and explaining things as you went, made this experience the best I have had in a long time. I am so grateful that you were there to assist me- and even "poke" this older chick a little. LOL. Thank you Miranda. You are an example of customer service that should be standard in all of their stores. I will be recommending this location to friends and family :-)

worst location possible. I always have had issues here but today was the final straw. I waited for 40 minutes, pacing the store so I am seen just to get passed up for a young woman who walked in 5 minutes before one of the agents became available. no regard for people or their schedules they just want commission from sales and to flirt with the college girls that show up. go to the other locations in town

Jeremy and Nathan provided exceptional customer service. Go to this store before you go anywhere else. They went above and beyond to fix an issue I caused myself. The 800 number basically told me my phone would not be able to connect to US cellular network as I did not buy the phone from US cellular. However, Jeremy and Nathan found a way. Better yet, they were personable and made me feel very welcome. Customer service like theirs is rare!

Been with US Cellular for over 20 years. I've never had a problem that they haven't corrected....or even improved. Good rural & in town coverage locally, and have never had a problem nationally. Not always the first to roll out the latest services, but they get it right and prices are good.

US. Cellular advertises that they're only offering essential transactions due to covid. Yet, in stores, they are taking every transaction that comes through. I asked an associate about this and they said management told them all transactions are essential, and that it's only fair that everyone gets equal exposure to the virus. I was shocked that a sign on the door said essential transactions only but all transactions were deemed essential. Also, it's a revolving set of faces at these stores. You get used to working with someone and go in again and hear, they're no longer with the organization. It's not a good sign that many of their best people are gone in no time flat. Management is exceptionally rude and refuses to be flexible and kind as the associates they fire. We moved to another carrier.

in 2015 us cellular lost a 30 million dollar class action lawsuit for intentionally overcharging customers hundred TO LITERALLY THOUSANDS of dollars.

I was lied to on multiple accounts by staff. Told there was no contract when purchasing a hotspot and could cancel anytime only to learn later my name had been signed on a contract against my wishes. Furthermore negatively impacted my credit when again I was told it wouldn't. Extremely shady, liars, and unresponsive staff when trying to get a hold of them later to try and fix the problems I was having. Do not go here, do not get anything from US Cellular. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
