If you want any kind of phone or customer service, save yourself the headache and go to the Sabraton location.
I’ve had US cellular for 20+ years and this location went down hill about 6-7 years ago. You’ll leave frustrated, every single time. Then they’ll call you multiple times just to confirm that they do not value customer service. It’s VERY obvious that they are sales focused. You won’t get what you want, you’ll get whatever gives the most commission.

Sarah was absolutely amazing and if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have even known about the promotions going on with the IPhone 15 Pro Max. Zac was able to help me when my Z flip. It had a manufacturing defect, and was able to help me find the best financial opportunity and I acquire a different phone for a good deal. So I could get a new phone ASAP. Highly recommend for phone service needs!
