I paid my bill it was late 3 days and I paid it and it’s still suspended and says it’s not paid but I have the proof I never had this problem with my last phone service I’m about to leave us cellular and go somewhere else

I was sold a new 5G phone 1,300.00 dollars . There is NOT 5G service in my area. I have to make phone calls outside my house. US cellular is giving a 30.00 discount a month because of this dishonesty. however you have to jump through many hoops. shame on you US Cellular. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years .

Austin is amazing ? he was very honest, trustworthy, and a all around pleasure. We switched from straight talk and had trouble getting one of our numbers he went above and beyond for us and got the phone number. Highly recommend if your thinking about switching from any company hit up Austin.

I went to this store to purchase an Orbi for my campground at Big Bear Campgrounds. The guy in the store set up the router and created an account for me. However he chose a passcode for the account and I don’t know what it is. I called support and the store and gave them every four number combination I would have chosen. So now I have to drive back to the store (about 45 minutes from my residence) just to change the number to something I should have been able to choose in the first place.

Bought 2 galaxy S20 ultra phones before Christmas. One was for my wife. I was told her phone was activated and on hold until she opened it. Had to go to the store today because none of that was done. Box still sealed. Sim card not installed. Get to the store all salespeople helping others. Waited an hour and left. Great way to treat a customer who has been with them since they bought cellular one. Seriously hate to change but that day is getting closer. More than upset about this!
