Sat down with the Wiggle Man last night. We were looking for a subaru for my 16 year old and we were wanting some that still ran well but was within my perceived budget.
We test drove seval models with him, some much older 150k miles and some only a few years old with 40k miles. Unfortunately nothing in the inventory was in that sweet spot of in the budget and few minor issues.
The wiggle man (Phil) was very respectful helped us explore every option. I will definitely go back if they get what I am looking for, it just wasn't that day.
If you are looking for something they specialize in like a Jeep or a Dodge ask for the wiggle man and he will help you find what you are looking for.

I'd look elsewhere to buy a vehicle. I called earlier and asked if I could preorder a RAM tungsten. They said yes and to come in to place the order.
I went in and they told me they had 1 coming already, but that it was for the Sales Manager and reserved. We make the order online, and then the salesman comes back and said the sales manager wants a bigger than standard deposit this time and wants $5,000. If you Google RAM truck deposits they vary between $250 and $1K. I said no I'm not interested and then they tried to get me to buy the one the sales manager ordered for himself when it comes in. I said no I'm not doing that, why is the deposit so high and they said it's bc the vehicle is unique.
Keep in mind the sales manager wouldn't even directly speak to me. I guess bc at first glance I look like I couldn't afford it, I was beneath him. I drove down to Fairmont and pre-ordered the same vehicle for ZERO deposit. When I told them what happened they said a $5k deposit is unheard of.
So long story short, these guys tried to cheat me into leaving a hefty deposit to likey pad their numbers. I also think they looked at me and thought I couldn't afford a truck that expensive and decided to try to run me off. Well, they did. For the owner, I was in on 8/14 at 3PM. I've been a customer here either thru service or buying a vehicle for the last 10+ years. It feels bad to be treated like this. I'd suggest getting yourself a better sales manager.
UPDATE: tried calling the sales manager twice per his request below. The number given is for someone named Mohammed, not Patrick.
UPDATE 2: Originally the sales manager Patrick put up a reply saying to call him and left his number (the same number he lists when responding to all the negative reviews). I called and the number was for someone named Mohammed and not Patrick. When I added that to the original review, he (or someone) deleted his original reply. To the owner of the dealership -- once again, another great way for your employees to treat their customers.
To anyone looking to buy a car here, do yourself a favor and don't go in looking poor.
