I was at store 1421 on Patteson Dr. in Morgantown wv. It has been busy every time I have been there this week. All the employees were very polite and efficient. I was so stressed out and not sure how to download and print my labels. Jerrick was very helpful and calmly explained how to get everything done quick and correctly. I was very pleased with the staff here at The UPS!

Really appreciate the Amazon kiosk and how much easier it is for the returns as opposed to standing in line waiting just to drop the items off. Corey is always super friendly.

I've had a box at this location for over 10 years, and I've never had a problem until the former owners retired and sold the business last fall (2023). In the last 6 months, I have had 5 packages misplaced and not given to me and one was M.I.A. for over a week. The only reason I knew it was delivered is b/c my friend had the USPS delivery confirmation. Recently, they no longer put slips in your box for delivered packages, so if you don't keep emails from the companies you order from, you'll never know 1. if the package has arrived or 2. if you're missing a package. This week, a friend mailed a wedding gift to me. Thankfully they knew when it arrived because when I collected my mail and packages, that package wasn't given to me and I had to go back another day to get it. In addition, I have been given another persons package by mistake and didn't know until I opened it (someone had placed a sticker with my box number on that package, which is how I was mistakenly given the package). It's just extremely frustrating when you pay for a service you yourself have to triple check everything because the business' employees aren't detailed enough to do their job. Maybe it's the high turnover of employees or the fact that this location is under staffed? I don't know but if you can, take your business elsewhere.
