0 stars. Rodney Lambert is the scummiest man I've ever had the dishonor of meeting. He was so rude, unprofessional, and shouldn't be in any type of customer service industry. Don't waste your time with the service department, especially if he is part of it.

The customer service agent was very polite, a great communicator, and very helpful in explaining the app. The service tech called me and asked for permission to install the needed part. I will return when needed for service of my Toyota Highlander,

Regarding the service department I am very pleased with University Toyota. They are helpful, polite, and thorough.I usually did not use the dealer service with my previous cars, but I am sold on going to University Motors.

Got a 2023 brand new Tacoma from University Toyota, all made simple and easy thanks to the help of Caleb Moore. He provided me with his own cell phone number and was available at all times for any questions. He constantly kept me updated on the truck's status up until the second I drove it off the lot. He walked me through the entire process, which was all new for me as this was my first financed car. Don't hesitate to get a car from here. They have an established reputation and their entire team is great. They even got my car registered and took care of the license plates! Reach out to Caleb if you need a car!

Update..... their agent reached out and provided a credit.Ive had my fair share of issues with University toyota. Had my brakes (front and back) replaced around June 23rd. One of the mechanics forgot to replace a bolt on the back left tire. I ended up taking it elsewhere to have it fixed.

I contacted 10 Toyota dealers trying to find the vehicle I was seeking. University Motors made the sales experience easy and enjoyable. Unlike other dealerships I contacted, U Motors had no dealer mark up or dealership add-on services. As an added bonus, our salesperson, Caleb Moore, was easy to work with and appeared very transparent in negotiations.

I had occasion to need to rent a vehicle for a trip. I had called around to all the vehicle rental places I could find. Each one of the places had vehicles that were extremely high in rental prices. I thought I had found the perfect place. The price was good. So I sent a copy of my license and insurance card to reserve the vehicle. Went to pick it up today and was informed the vehicle had been given to a customer that had an emergency problem. The employee was very apologetic and tried calling around to other dealerships to find another vehicle that was available with no success. I was told that no one in the dealership had access to the program for the rentals so they didn't check to see if the vehicle was reserved. I will never attempt to do any type of business with them again. Since the mistake was made by the employee, I was extremely upset. She tried to give me smaller vehicles - even though I requested an SUV that would accommodate six persons. Needless to say, I left without a vehicle.My advice is, if you want to rent a car from this business, be prepared to pick it up immediately - otherwise you may not get one. Just as a second part to this review, I was told that she could not offer a vehicle from the lot because the manager said no because they would not be able to be secondary on the insurance.

Service was professional, helpful, and expedient even though my appointment was double booked with another (from no fault of the dealership; this was an issue with the Toyota app). I especially enjoyed the transparency of the inspection report, as well as the accompanying videos from a service technician. This simple service gained by trust and built confidence that my truck was getting the right service.

From the moment I inquired about my new Rav4 on Saturday until the time I picked it up on Wednesday, the staff at University Toyota, and Caleb in particular, could not have been more helpful. Caleb stayed in close communication with me in regard to all aspects of purchasing the vehicle, from informing me of availability to the test drive to financing and then keeping in touch as to when the vehicle would arrive on the lot. I'm confident that he got me the best deal on my trade-in and purchase I could have gotten, and I would highly recommend him and the staff to anyone looking to purchase. I'd also like to give a shout out to the lady (but can't remember her name) who walked me through all aspects of the vehicle itself and how it worked. Thanks for a great experience overall!

I called the dealership about a used Tundra I saw online. I got connected to Caleb M., and he filled me in on the truck's details. I had a 90-minute drive to get there from outside Pittsburgh, and Caleb was willing to switch his days off to accommodate me finding someone to drive down with me. The purchase experience was painless. Caleb and the rest of the staff were very helpful. They answered all my questions and were a pleasure to deal with. Very happy with the entire experience.

5 stars does not do our experience justice. We had an emergency and needed a rental to get to Pittsburgh. Ashley, the professional who helped us with our rental, was very kind and personable. She went out of her way on more than one occasion to help us out. Great big shout out for awesome service and general kindness! Thank you! Highly recommend this dealership!

My salesman, Gabe, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Camry I was interested in purchasing. The entire process was very fast. I got a great trade in price for my vehicle I was trading and Gabe was willing to work within my budget. All staff members were very friendly. Overall a great car buying experience!

Sales Team kept be informed every week on the ETA of the car to the dealership. No push to sell additional warranties, service plans etc. no hidden fee and of course no markups whatsoever. Signing the papers, taking delivery of the car was a breeze. A big shout-out to Grant Simpson. Thanks much, In the future if I have to purchase another Toyota I know the place is university motors. THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!

Just picked up my new toyota highlander today. It was a great experience I'm very happy to deal with university toyota. Honest people no hidden or non sense fees, sold it to me for listed price.
