On top of getting an online pop up shop created for a custom polo, I ordered custom hoodies and t-shirts through them. Their art team did a lot of work to get our designs where we needed them and their Morgantown sales manager (Anna) was very communicative and easy to work with. I would highly recommend.

Anna was absolutely wonderful to work with and all of the merchandise we ordered was great quality. She was extremely responsive, efficient and very creative in helping design a variety of shirts and sweatshirts for my office staff. The turnaround time was quick, and we can't wait to order more. Amazing experience! Anna was incredibly helpful and hands-on throughout the entire process, helping to pick the best apparel options/colors, comparing sizes and making recommendations based on experiences with other clients. This place is the best! I use them regularly for our gym apparel and they have been nothing short of fantastic. Anna is an exceptional person to work with as she is always prompt in responses and goes above and beyond for each order. We have had some incorrect orders and they are QUICK to fix anything! Even better, with all of our large orders, they package each order with individual names so there is literally no stress or hassle on our end. I can't speak enough praises about UGP; the absolute best in town! :)

They are very helpful and very nice! I had an issue with a predetermined delivery date but they were going through management changes and they did everything they could to try to get my order in time. It was a day later but they were very nice and professional about the situation. The shirts I got were amazing! Great quality and the design was perfect!

Underground Printing has been a dream to work with! I'm a member of a club sport at WVU, so there are tons of licensing rules we need to follow, but Carly has made the process flow so smoothly every time we've ordered. They've provided practice gear, performance jerseys, t-shirts for friends and family, and more! Our team has used them for years and we will definitely continue to use them in the future :)

by far some of the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure of being the recipient of. this company called various times, even on the weekends to insure the details of my order were accurate. Was glad a company still knew how to pick up the phone and conduct business.

I missed a pop-up sale at my daughter's work. I called UGP for help and everyone went above and beyond to help me out. Jasmine and Carly were amazing! Carly worked with me to help me find the exact jacket that was being sold at the pop-up and worked with me on the pricing. She even received her jacket before everyone else! I have ordered both sweats and tees for our employees from their location on Fayette Street. They had samples to actually see and touch versus on-line ordering where you only have a picture. Carly was always friendly and cheerful to work with. I got follow-up emails on the progress of my orders which I appreciated. Will return again in the future.
