Went to return a vape I got yesterday. Had the transaction info pulled up on my phone with date and info. Vape in hand to show it would not work. Guy behind the counter would not let me return or exchange the item due to his reasoning it was not sold to me on his shift. REALLY?! Yeah go someplace else

I would t even give them one star. This place is a fraud workers talk to you like your incompetent. I got a glass atomizer did what the directions said would not work paid 120 dollars took back next day and told me it didn't matter if it was broke no return. I asked about a return policy or a number for a manager and was not given a person to contact or what the return policy is. I am a small business owner and know there is a return policy for there business. If I buy something over 100 dollars and bring it back the next day there should not be any debate at all about a return you sold a product that doesn't work. The employee was nothing but disrespectful shouldn't have a job no where the way he treats people. I would never recommend anyone going to this establishment it is a fraud if u buy anything you better let them let you try it right there in the store or they will blame you for selling garbage products place needs shut down

Went in to get some vape. None of my normal brands was in there. I asked for menthol. I don't know what he gave me. Taste fruity. It's pretty gross.

Used to stop in weekly but I'll go somewhere else now. Go in to buy some vape items & the last few times it's been 3 different prices not a dollar or 2 but like $6 ...yet its the same 2 guys working. So yall make up the prices you feel like charging that day? Seems alittle shady. Along with the prices on some of your items. I'll drive right past & go to smoker friendly up the road. Atleast there I wasn't gonna be overcharged
