On line appt consultation quoted $212 which I knew was just an estimate , but I was charged $350 without ever being advised of such a price difference . $350 and 6 hours later , I left and drove to Walmart to buy a kit to try to go home and fix it. Worst experience ever . Very unhappy . They also charge a $10.50 fee to use a credit card which is ridiculous . Not happy.. I could have bought a $7.00 frost and glow kit and got these skinny white streaks in my hair that look like they glow in the dark when my hair is wet ! There’s no way I can go to a resort and get my hair wet looking like this and the damage they did will take months to repair ! I have hair down to my waist and they back combed and teased it even after I advised them not to and then it took 3 people to wet comb all the tangles out which severely broke and damaged my hair . At one point I touched the end of my hair and it fell on the floor ! My hair is severely broken and damaged now and I left with a headache from all the pulling to get the tangled out. I now have to go home and try to fix the color and the damage before a big event next month. Thank god I didn’t wait to do this then ! Nightmare! Morgan is very sweet but I showed her a picture and this is not what I ask for . Not even close ! I just hope I can fix it ! Total waste of money and a day off work !

This salon checks all the boxes. Feels like an upscale big city salon but with small town friendliness. Check in is easy. Salon is clean, bright, and stylish. I have been going here since the owners Tonya and Morgan bought and reopened the salon and Tonya has been my stylist for over 25 years. I cannot say enough on how attentive to detail Tonya is, as well as just a beautiful kind person. She listens to what you want and is honest and upfront about time and expectations. I always leave feeling like a new woman and have never been less than ecstatic about my results. 10/10 recommend!

They did amazing on my hair! And the vibes? Immaculate. Jett was my stylist and he was so much fun, listen to exactly what I wanted, and explained what was going on along the way. I got a color correction, copper to blonde. My other stylist told me it wasn’t possible, but they made it happen!
If you want a fun, friendly environment with skilled stylists, this is the place to go.

I’ve gone on two separate occasions to get my nails done and my hair done for a formal event. The day of my formal event, I came in asking for a simple updo. It was so overpriced and looked awful! My friend and I had to fix it before the event. Curls and the volume at the crown were terribly uneven! My gelx nails didn’t even last 4 days. Both visits, staff seemed uninterested and inconvenienced by customers. They even spoke ill of other stylists in front of me. This salon is one of the worst in the area.

Love the Beauty bar!!! Go to Lauren if you want to achieve the perfect blonde. She perfected the vision I came with and made me the perfect blonde shade I was dreaming of. Even with bleaching my hair, there was 0 breakage and it felt healthier than ever!! I do not even live in West Virginia anymore, and I am making the 6 hr trip just for her to do my hair!!! She is an efficient hair stylist and so sweet. Truly looking forward to my next session coming up with Lauren.
