I had the absolute best experience today. I signed up with Verizon about 6 months ago and was lied to from day one. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to switch over since my sign up was so recent, but Kyle made it happen. Not only did he make it happen, he also made it very easy, and kept me informed of everything going on the whole time. I ended up switching over all 3 lines, and adding home internet. Even though I added on home internet, I walked out of there paying around $100 less each month. If you’re thinking about switching, or already have them and need assistance in any way, I highly recommend you stop in and ask for Kyle. He’s so informative and his customer service is top notch.

I'm not even a T-Mobile anymore, but my sister is and she was having issues, but in Alaska (where there are no T-Mobile stores). Jonnie helped us and was so awesome the whole time. Very helpful and kind. Jonnie is Wonder!!

I go to the store in april 28 for pay off my 2 phone and end the contract and everything and line and service. i pay $1133 for 2 phone. because every phone i get from them was replacement phone all of them start to give me problem after days, because, are trash and the singal was awful. I left the store and they didn't tell me my service was continue running, i go in june they say, they frezze my account and they say i will get back my $107. until now i realized they didn't anything, I receive letter, later saying I have pay almost 94 dollars plus 107 i pay before. I am still waiting for receive almost 107 to my account. From april 28 until now $1334 dollars i spend for everything.

Went in to oay my bill , was helped by Zay , this guy is absolutely amazing. He's super friendly and very helpful, he goes above and beyond to help out. This is the second time he took care of me he is awesome.

Went into the store at STC in Morgantown to switch my service to them from at&t. I was greeted by a guy named Jerry(supposedly) I explained to him what I was looking for and that I had talked to t mobile customer service who Informed me that no deposit or activation fee was required since I was coming from a competing company. His whole demeanor changed. He was so rude to me wouldn't even give me his name luckily a lady who works there came out and gave me the managers name and his. I'm sure he didn't Want to help me because it was 5 minutes til closing time but ok. If I could give this place a half a star I definitely would.....go ANYWHERE but here
