I canceled my membership end of April yet still was charged 131.00 on June 28th and another 197.97 on July 2nd. Called for a refund and was told NO because their company did NOT cancel like they were ask. Do not give them access to your bank account they take what they want when they want.

The girls at the front desk, Eden and Madison are so sweet and will help you with anything. The place is very clean! The tanning beds work really well, so if you need a tan this is a great place to go! They have a lot of deals and specials too.

The machines and experience of tanning itself were great! I enjoyed that part of my time at this establishment. However the front desk girls are so standoffish, it made me wildly uncomfortable. I understand not everyone is going to have the best time at work but the girl I spoke with acted as if my very presence was sucking the joy out of her. I don’t expect everyone to be chipper or overly nice because we’re all human - but glaring at me while I go out of my way to be overly kind to you is just unprofessional. If they want better sales they might want to reconsider the people at the front if everyone is met with such distaste.

I absolutely love my new membership at Sun Tan City in Morgantown WV. I wish I had joined sooner. Tanning is my new obsession in life. Nothing like trying to get this old tired body in shape and looking good while doing it. The staff is friendly and helpful there. I enjoy the Fastest beds!!! Definitely going to keep going

Girls at the front desk aren’t very friendly. I came in to tan for a month for my wedding ceremony and they forced me to get the membership instead of just paying for the month. Told me it’s very difficult to cancel online too so I have to physically come in to cancel. Just added one more to do item for before my wedding.It’s just a scam. They force people into memberships in hopes they forget to cancel so they can take more money from people.The only reason I didn’t leave 1 star is because the beds are still nice despite the terrible customer service and inconvenience.

You have to get a subscription to use the tanning beds here, they don't offer any one month only packages and pretty much said you have to cancel memberships in person because online cancelations / calling is such a hassle. It's clear that they're just trying to get more money out of people for the subscription betting they don't cancel it on time which is a disingenuous business practice. The staff are unprofessional in my opinion, I walked in on one girl lifting another up and tickling her while I'm trying to check in. They give you cheap plastic eye wear for your subscription, mine broke almost immediately so I asked them if I could have another pair, they declined and said they don't do "exchanges" because it would be unsanitary which confused me because I was asking for a replacement not for my clearly broken pair to be given to another guest? I was just kinda taken back by the stupidity of the response so I just kept using my broken pair and laughed it off.Beds were clean and nice just the staff interactions were either weird or just prissy / stuck up and I didn't care for that, I'm just here to get a tan for pictures.

I have sat on this review for a long time! Thank god I made my first complaint with the two gals working the day after the last incident had happened! I spend so MUCH MONEY HERE ITS GROSS! I spend so much that being treated horribly every time I go there by the same two girls! They are nice to everyone but me! I don’t know what I have done I just moved here 2 years ago! But the complaint I made the girls hooked me up with a free tan thank you and we’re very sorry for what had been happening! The only reason I am and did complain is because the day I got diagnosed with a life altering disease, my life had changed forever in a drs office came here to Tan and they were not only upset I came 20 til but that it was me the girl they are mean too! The disease I have causes me to go blind at times! I am sorry I had to have a driver and I am sorry it was 20 til. Point to any of this! Be kind to others especially YOUR CUSTOMERS and really EVERYONE. I kept my subscription because they have great beds just the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE :’( I will save you guys from my video and picturesServices: Teeth whitening

Most of the time I'd give this place a 4. Usually have no issues. Only issue would have been the cleanliness of the place. Not the beds, but the floors and the bathrooms.... ?. But the last time I went I encountered a very bitter young blonde woman who was rude and unfriendly. Later I was told this woman may be the owner? Don't know or care who she was I won't be going back if she's working. That's a fact.
