Visited every Subaru dealership from Ohio to WV and ended up getting our 2025 Outback from Ben at Subaru of Morgantown. Top notch, five stars.

Terrible customer service. I have interacted with this dealership only a couple of times to handle a confirmed transmission warranty issue. Each time the service representatives have been rude, disrespectful, short, and dismissive. I will be driving the extra miles to a different Subaru dealership. Very disappointing!

My Salesman, Ben, was polite and professional. I would definitely do business with Subaru of Morgantown again.

The service department is the worst I have ever dealt with in my 47 years. They flat out lied to me and my husband and said they ordered parts had our vehicle for 6 months and then find out parts were only ordered 2 weeks ago. My vehicle set 5 1/2 months on their lot not touched once nor were parts ordered. It really is a shame because the sales team are wonderful and Dorsey, the sales manager, is exceptional to deal with. I won't buy from them though because their Service Staff are awful. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with them. I am still waiting on my vehicle and if it wasn't a warranty repair it would be elsewhere a long time ago.

90 dollars for a 15 minute oil change (included wiper fluid) What the dealership doesn't realize is that the service department can effect future sales..I have bought about 10 or 12 cars or more at that location Formerly John Howard's. I have owned over 30 plus cars, owning as many as 5 at a time lol. Car addict I guess. Former service department ( Buzzo) misdiagnosed my car, cost me 600 dollars for nothing. Then bought 2 Subes from Jenkins and got ripped off, in my opinion, $7500 dollars trade up one year. Sube has a guaranteed trade-in of usually a couple of thousand trade in credit, wasn't informed of that. Someone called from Motown Sube to get my opinion of my recent service appointment on my 2021, I believe she hung up on me. Dead silence. Just gave a negative opinion of cost of service . Some dealers give lifetime oil changes.
My other experiences with my new, at the time, 2021 Forester was a terrible rattle driving off the lot , just thought possible road conditions here. Just lived with it , then the windshield broke spontaneously
Service said a stone chip caused it. They took a sharp instrument and scrapped the glass trying to find the hit, probably caused the microscopic mark and said wasn't covered by warranty. Sube had a problem with glass breakage the prior 2 years. Called Sube factory help line and they took car of the cost. Then when I couldn't stand the rattle any longer, I arranged for service. Rattle was found in camera housing. They told me that the windshield repair people caused the rattle and I had to pay for moving a few wires . When I reminded them that they did the windshield replacement they gave up. lol. PS former Toyota tech was great. Possibly no longer there, as they get better offers.

This is an update review after visiting the service department. The sales experience was good. Ben was our salesman and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. That’s where the good stuff ends. The service department was not able to complete the jobs that I had made the appointment for. And after checking out my vehicle it is clear some do not know what they are doing. The worst being our new Forester being over filled with oil. After communicating with Mr. Alexander I have heard nothing from them. Apparently they only want to here the good stuff.

Went to get an oil change and tire rotation with my mother. Had an appointment at 1pm and after sitting until 2:15pm we decided to leave. Asked the desk person when we were gonna be up and they kept saying “you’re probably up next”. Please tell me when it actually is instead of getting our hopes up and making us wait almost an hour and a half even with an appointment. Don’t recommend

Went in to look at a Subaru Outback and found out it had been sold, wasnt asked if there was anything else we wanted to look at was just met with “alright bye”….went to Jenkins Subaru and walked out same day with a 27k crosstrek, maybe don’t judge your customers and actually help them find something similar, whomever the sales person was missed out completely and I’d recommend they work on their customer service
