Brian is awesome! He's Always available if issue with door unlocking. Clean. Temperature controlled. Safe. Well lit. Plenty of parking. Able to drive 16ft truck (22' in total) in and turn around without issue. Smooth walkway. Sturdy containers. ? Recommend

We have been customers of StoreMore for several years at the Cheat Lake location (AC controlled unit) and have been very happy with the service! We rented another unit at the Mileground location in the months leading up to our move out of state, and were pleased about how easy it was to modify account to get what we needed. When we emptied our units and called StoreMore (Brian) to end our contract it was completed in minutes with our security deposits being refunded within hours! We highly recommend StoreMore!

Excellent customer service. Helpful and polite. Dropped my earring while moving boxes. An employee found it later and lovingly tucked it into my unit’s padlock. ?

My sister found her things COVERED in mildew and mold. They did not call, email or even send an invoice via mail or any form of notification of any kind. They ruined 80% of her items and threw it all away without notification. I later saw many of her recoverable things for sale on LetGo. So whatever they recovered that could be sold was sold at a profit to them. My nephew's baby items, and many other sentimental and unrecoverable items were just thrown away along with expensive furniture suits. They deserve 0 stars and a claim filed against them! This is NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT TO RENT. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!

I had a wonderful experience with Store More. My son rented a storage unit and Brian was very accommodating and allowed an additional month rental on an urgent basis. I would highly recommend Store More in Morgantown.

The woman in the office is so friendly! They helped so much with my big move and my stuff stayed dry and safe. Nice clean units and friendly organized service! Would recommend to anyone!!

My sister came here to rent a unit due to moving. She requested 5x10 unit. She was told she had to get a 10x10. The woman didn't want to give her a copy of the lease agreement, stating the printer didn't work. Came this past weekend to start moving, get to the locked gate, the pin we were given didn't work. Someone in the store and more let us in (another person w a unit) and upon arriving to her assigned unit, low and behold someone already had a lock on it. Not able to get in touch w anyone over the weekend. Now waiting for someone to show up, it's a quarter after 9 am and they are suppose to be open at 9am... fun fact all my sisters stuff is now sitting outside her home in the rain... so please tell me how amazing this place is... especially after all the running around, calling and trying to figure this madness out. I've never seen such an unprofessional and illegitimate company. Please dont waste your time or money dealing with this place. Crooked is the name of this place.
