We had this storage unit for 3 plus years, initially they were great, but as time went on, it got worse, and worse. The place is absolutely filthy! And more recently, our unit was broken into, and we had things stolen from it. Unacceptable! Avoid this place at all costs, there are many other storage unit places in Morgantown, WV to rent from!

We found our unit had been broken into. We called the owner, come to find out that three months ago was when they had units broken into. Was never called or notified!!!! Don't waste your money there or trust them to keep your items safe!

This is not a very professionally run business: our unit had mice and moths so most of the contents had to be thrown away after it’s almost two year stay, no one ever returns your call or e mail even when you are already a client, our padlock was cut off and some one entered the unit but we don’t know by whom as no one called us back after numerous attempts to alert management. We had a few things stolen from the unit but could never connect to anyone so in the end we just had to clear out our unit and stop our recurring credit card charge and vow to never again trust another self storage business in Morgantown. We have never heard anything from the management of this company and really question whether it is really a legitimate business.

Very reasonable prices for storage units, mine is climate controlled. Billing sometimes a little funky, but all in all this is an excellent place to store your stuff!
