Would give zero stars if it was an option. We rented a unit for about two months while our basement was being renovated. Upon returning our stored items to our home, we discovered our furniture was infested with mice. We had to pay to have all of the pieces (a full living room set) hauled away and had to go spend several thousand dollars to replace with something comparable to what we had. An absolutely horrendous experience. Writing this review in hopes that no one else has to go through what we went through.

Spoke with Amber yesterday about a unit !! Very good Customer service was prompt in texting me back and made it easy !! Excellent pricing very satisfied. If you live in the Cheat Lake area this is the place to Go !!

New owners have been great at informing me of any changes/improvements to the facilities. They are very organized and keep me up to date by email on billing statements, new personal gate code, etc.

The new management team at this facility is absolutely top-notch. The changes they have made are like night and day when compared with the previous situation. Everything - from the website, administration/billing, and customer relations; to security, access, and the entire physical plant itself - vastly improved.
