Star nails and spa is the best nail salon in Morgantown by far! Peter always goes above and beyond to give the best service possible. Pedicures- His pedicures are long and relaxing.(The foot massage and pressure points are the best part) I have never had a negative experience. Anytime I am in town I am sure to visit and bring my friends and family. Nails- I have gotten acrylic nails here multiple times with Peter and the technicians. They are the longest lasting nails I have ever gotten (coming from Northern Virginia). Nails are always flat and symmetrical. They always ask to make sure you are happy with the length, shape, and color. You won't be disappointed!

I decided to try this place out because it was open on Monday and close to my job. Upon arriving, they weren’t really busy, but an appointment was made ahead of time. I came with a few of my coworkers and we all sat down at the same time to get pedicures. One worker was busy and the other two weren’t. Once they told us to sit down, two people started working on my coworkers. While waiting, another one of my co-workers arrived and they started her water. After the other lady finished her client in the front, she proceeded to work on the coworker that arrived later and totally skipped me. One of my coworkers noticed and didn’t understand why they skipped over me. At that moment, I knew I would never return for business. The lady in the front absolutely knew who arrived first and chose who she wanted to work on. So I sat there while my feet looked liked prunes and no one to work on me. I politely took my feet out of the water and waited for my turn. Once the lady finished up with one of the coworkers who arrived at the same time as I did, she came to me and did a great job. However, as she started using what I call the cheese grader, I politely told her that I didn’t need it and not to use it just to say she used it. The gentleman working on my other coworker rudely said - “Well you would need to tell us beforehand not to use that prior to the service. It’s a part of the service.” I said oh ok, but knowing that the lady could’ve put it down and not used it regardless of if it came with that specific pedicure, that to me is telling her beforehand. From there, she finished and did a great job. It wasn’t the nails that I am complaining about, but the fact they decided to look over me because of the color of my skin. So I will never return and will NEVER recommend anyone to come to this place. If it wasn’t for me saying let’s try this place, none of my coworkers would’ve went at all and I would have NEVER stepped foot into your place of business. This was my first and is my last time. No one should have to experience this level of disrespect.Service: Pedicure

I go regularly and get the dip powder nails. I have never had one come off like I did at other salons. Very clean facility and I definitely recommend.

Amazing pedicure and friendly staff! She took her time with my pedicure, didn’t rush threw it and gave a wonderful foot massage. Clean and lots of color options. I will definitely be coming back!Services: Foot massages

They overcharge and if you want a touch up on your nails it will NOT look the same as you originally had them done. Also overcharge to have the acrylics removed versus other shops, who removes them for free. Out of all the shops in Morgantown this place is the least worth it. Highway robbery and poor quality.
