Brooke at the Morgantown location was so kind, knowledgeable and not once made us feel pressured. She took the time with us and made sure we purchased exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend her over and over again!!

The salesman were wonderful! It was amazing to feel the difference from a regular mattress. The 15 year warranty is wonderful. They do a sleep number iq rating. It is interesting to see your pressure points with different positions. Plus feel the difference between the numbers. My sleep number is 25 and husband is 35. That is a significant difference in firmness. Can't wait till we get our bed at home.

Our salesperson Mike was very patient and helpful in explaining all the functions of the Sleep Number bed. He was not pushy in any way and let the bed sell itself. He has also followed up to see if we have any questions.

Purchasing the bed was a pleasant experience. That's the only reason I gave it two stars.The delivery process has me regretting my purchase. I had a delivery schedule today. They called 10 minutes into the 3 hour delivery window and said that the delivery needs to be rescheduled. I am sympathetic that there was an emergency as things happen in life. However, I was then told that they could deliver again for another 2 weeks! So, apparently the apology for the inconvenience was really them putting me back down to the bottom of the list.Hopefully in two weeks it will be actually delivered or it will be another day that I have to take off. They did compensate me ~2 hours of my hourly wage once I requested it.

We haven't like the bed since the beginning. Currently approaching the "free 100 " day mark and decided we really don't like it. I called Sleep Number a month a go for a return, she suggested a "free" pillow top cover that would make our sleep better. Well long and short I called today for a return. The refund offered for the "free" 100 nights of sleep is 50% FIFTY PERCENT! of the purchase price! The sales associate apparently "forgot" to tell us the base for the bed is $4000 plus dollars! Yes, $4000.00. Oh- did I mention the base is NON REFUNDABLE. Did we sign and initial the forms to purchase the bed- yes we did. Did anyone ever mention the cost of the base- no they did not. Not once, not a hey the base costs as much as the bed or hey the base is very pricey or hey you really don't need this corrugated piece of board as very expensive non returnable base. I have called every Sleep Number phone number I can find, I get referred to another number or another person or someone will call you back..... you get the picture?

I had a great experience buying my bed. John, our sales rep, was awesome. Generally speaking, I sleep pretty well on the bed...when it works. But, over the past 8 months I've had my Sleep Number bed, it has been nothing but problem. I've called customer service a number of times (generally with long wait times). My bed issues include: issue with the frame (one side goes up, one goes down and then freezes - Error 1010), the bed sliding from the frame (sliding down off the bed when the bed raises), a broken air chamber (causing one side of my bed to deflate), a remote that does not work properly, etc. I use my bed mostly for sleeping and am not rough with it. The remote just sits on my night stand when I sleep and has not been dropped. Sleep Number technicians set up my bed and it has not been moved from its original location. The last technicians who came out said "yep, we've seen a lot of problems like these over the past couple weeks." It sounded like these are more than a problem with just my bed. On my call today, after an hour on the phone, it sounds like the frame is manufactured by a third party, so I now have to have TWO techs come out (one for the mattress and remote problems, one for the frame problems). At this point, I wish I could just return the whole thing. In short, it is a total lemon. I didn't pay this much for a bed to have issues. Completely regretting my purchase.

Tried to post this on the sleep number website and it wont let me!Worst $3k iv ever spentI had high hopes for this bed when it came to back pain. I tried to return during the 100 nights and I was not happy with it for many reasons and they talked me into trying a topper on it which did nothing then I had a death in the family so returning a bed wasn't on my mind and my trial passed so iv been stuck with this thing and I wake up in more pain then I had when I went to sleep. I have the C4 king split and the center is a constant pit to fall in. The bed constantly doesn't want to adjust correctly if it will adjust at all.. One side always feels less filled even when both are at same setting. Techs came once and put a piece of foam in the middle to help with the center pit but it did nothing and they were notified and recognized that the bed wasn't adjusting properly and said they would report it and have me contacted which never happened. When I call my local store I purchased from I never get a call back and always get the run around.. If I didn't care about my credit rating so much I'd stop paying on the thing and burn it. My $300 couch is easier on my back then this bed and it's not just me as iv let 4 other couples sleep in it when they have stayed at my home and they have all said it's horrible. Idk if I just got a dud or what but it's been a huge mistake of a purchase.
