“The woman working is very knowledgeable about all things running shoes, they have a treadmill to test out different shoes and see if it’s a good fit for your running, not to mention how nice and welcoming both the shop and the staff are. I’d give 6 stars if at all possible”
“Your management at the morgantown wv location is top notch they follow the rules as well as make the customer experience a pure joy up until this release i was getting most at jdsports but due to the customer service I received from the young man that's a manager I think his name is nick but due to his customer compared to any jd sports location I usually spend about 2 to 4 a month on new release shoes and I plan on bringing that to hibberts instead and it's all due to nick and his amazing customer service thank you”

“So disclaimer I went here with a friend and did not buy anything so I can't comment on the products just the service I received. While in there I asked a passing employee where the bathroom was. He actually walked me back instead of just giving a vague direction which was appreciated. I thanked him and he said no problem sir. Now I am a trans woman so this did bother me a bit however I chose not to say anything. Before he even turned around he hesitated and asked if it was sir or ma'am? I told him that it was ma'am, he profusely apologized and corrected himself. Now that would have been more than enough for me but this gentleman truly went above and beyond. He also apologized to my friend and asked her to apologize on his behalf. Sadly he was not wearing a nametag however if anyone sees this the bearded gentleman who works here truly made my day and I hope he continues to give great service.”
“I had a great first experience at the Shoe Story with my one year old! I regretfully did not get the associate’s name who helped us, but she was so patient with measuring my little one’s feet and setting him up with the best shoes. There were even toy cars and a play mat to distract my son while we were shopping. We’ll be coming back for years to come!”
