don’t order from this place at night. they stay messing up your order, forgetting things, making the wrong things, etc. it’s fine during the day, just whoever works the night shift messes it up. it’s happened 4 times now to me.

Sheetz is a great place don't get me wrong but just not this one on the mileground go to any other Sheets if you want real customer service if you ever call about an issue every manager there is so snotty so rude never wants to help with anything at all 99% of the cashier's there don't know how to do anything correct and not sure why because they're all sheets but the food at this one is terrible also trust me go to any other sheets in Morgantown besides this one you'll be happy you did

I came into your store to get a salad the woman behind there making the food is always rude either at the front counter or making food. She hardly put anything I asked for on my salad. Slid my bag on the counter and whispered my number, I looked at the bag and it was my food. She is always so rude. She is the short chubby woman with black short hair. If you don't want to work there then quit!!!!! The sheetz on the mileground. Everyone else is polite!

Went in to buy a carton of Marlboros and was told by Dakota (the manager!) I was only allowed to buy 2 packs, then I had to go to the back of the line in order to buy more! I drive for a living, so I get gas at a sheetz every single day, I also buy a lot of cigarettes and food there. I have NEVER had an issue with buying a carton and wanting to save the 2.00 off 2 packs! Maybe Philllip Morris needs to hear about this!?

Front cashier, with the blue hair, is very rude and this hasn't been the first time. How she is still working there, I don't know. And then over heard her talking about some other customer. Last time I will go to that sheetz, which happens to be so much closer to my work. I will drive all the way to Sabraton now. Adjust your attitude.

This is one of several Morgantown, WV Sheetz locations. I am thankful that Morgantown has so many Sheetz! Sheetz offers a great loyalty program! You can go old school with a physical Sheetz card. Or, you can find great deals on the Sheetz App. They have a large variety of Made-To-Order (MTO) food and beverage options. I love Sheetz!

I got a cup of coffee and told attendant that the milk thing was out he said thank you and walked to the back. Never returned to refill milk thing. So I took my mto slip to register to at least pay so my food could be made. Only to stand there for five minutes waiting on a cashier. The lady at the food prep area just raised her arms like I don't know what to do. Needless to say I just left customer service at this location is in need of a major training class.

My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting Sheetz at 1865 Mile Ground Road in Morgantown, West Virginia this morning for breakfast at 6:00 a.m. We were incredibly impressed by the friendly and attentive employees who made our experience truly delightful. I LOVE sheetz (even use to work at one) I stopped this morning at 4:50AM. To order me and my daughter just a quick breakfast sandwich before getting on the road for a long car ride I did place a mobile order after getting back to the car and opened our food they were both so cold. I did have to wait for my order which was totally fine so when they called out my name, I said thank you the girl was right there so she definitely heard me not was she busy and she didn’t even look at me or give me a response which I thought was extremely rude. Not my normal sheetz I stop at so I think I’ll stick to it. .

Best Sheetz in the area. Employees act as if they have personalities and actually want to be there. Rarely is there an inventory shortage. Store is typically impressively clean. I cannot remember a time when even there was a scrap of garbage on the floor. Whatever is happening with management, it is obviously working. Congratulations! Keep up the great job that you collectively must be doing!
