Love shopping here but could you please tell me why they don't leave the closer parking spaces for walk in customers instead of those picking up an order? Don't the workers bring your order to your car??

I'm not sure if all locations are like Morgantown, WV but after today I can guarantee I'll never find out cuz I canceled my membership. After showing card to very sweet lady @door, I had to get thru 15 employees in awkward huddle @front. Once almost thru this employee named Misty came towards me aggressively, teeth clenched like a lunatic & gesturing wildly telling me that my dog (8lb chiweenie w/ casted broken leg) needed to have her feet on the floor if it was to be in her store! She then stood there breathing so heavy I had to wonder if I met this lady in a cage match before? Nope she was just an ignorant female who I guess figure she finally ran into something she could be superior to-- my injured 8lb dog! Not sure if she's a manager or not but I'm sure 1 of the gaggle of 15 also standing near had to have been BUT they were just watching in silence. So Sam's ya might want to get ur workers in line or don't make customers pay to be treated like that! Thank goodness my lil dog was in my arms & not on the floor or this review would've ended much different! So keep ur overpriced big boxes, membership fees & trash employees cuz myself & many others soon after this will literally shop anywhere else!!!

I have a cosco membership as well as Sam’s club. Started using the Morgantown Sam’s and was great at first. The pot pie they make here is the best you ll find. We purchased our membership here and was given a receipt instead of a card. She said take a picture of it and you can scan that with the scanner at the self check out. There was a male manager that is VERY unprofessional and ignorant. He started about how we can’t do that and we are stealing a membership. I pid for it… then continued to mouth my son off about how he can angel the card holders membership for allowing this. Again, I purchased it!!! It’s mine!!! It will. W the last time as they are the closest Sam’s I can use which asked about two hours to get there. I will not be renewing the membership after we have had one for years. They can thank the unprofessional manager for that. The prices arnt cheap enough for the hassle anyway.

Always a super long line after you’ve already paid…..to be checked at the door….after you have already paid…not just to be a member but also for your items…if they are so afraid of theft, maybe they should hire cashiers.

Made the mistake of buying tires here. Never again. They push the "lifetime balance and rotation"... but somehow I always end up paying for it somewhere else. If you can't make an appointment through their "foreign" phone line, then they never have time for walk-in customers. Funny how they make time for that initial purchase when you are spending the money, but then service (that you paid for) is non-existent afterwards. Yes, I'm venting as I head elsewhere (again) to get a simple tire rotation done after being told they might find room for me in 3 hours...

Great Place to Shop. Been coming here with my wife for a couple years & it never disappoints with their constant sales. Their Produce is always Fresh, store is clean, Café employees are always helpful, and the samples are amazing!

I have feedback on call Sam's clubs based on the membership cost and established expectations based on that cost.Let's just say if there was a Costco in the area, I would abandon Sam's club as fast as possible. Costco could very easily erode your position. We're paying about $100 for the premium membership. There are very few things we buy here that we like, the rest of it comes from non-charging grocery stores like Kroger and Food Lion and Walmart (I am also a Walmart plus) who actually cater to vegetarians and people who have food allergies.Get with the program, Sam's Club!Gas prices NON COMPETETIVE!!!! Please explain to me how I can go to a Mobile station about 15 miles away and pay $3.26 a gallon for fuel, and today's posted price at the Sam's club is $3.63. This is absolutely unacceptable.US population is experiencing a wave of gluten/wheat allergy or intolerance. Carry gluten free bread, soups, pasta, flour always. Costco & Wal Mart do!!! Please get with the program & you will make $$$$Carry a lot more plant-based alternatives, especially in the meat and sausage area. Impossible burger and beyond meat are the best brands for this. We refuse to eat beef from now on. We don't eat chicken. We don't eat pork. Get with a trend, Sam's club and you will find yourself some amazing customer bases. Please update your Sam's club app to provide the product location by shelf number and section number and sequence number. I worked at Walmart so I know exactly what I'm talking about. I've asked for this at Walmart and nobody knows what to do. Nobody seems to know how to make things happen because the corporation is simply too big to care. So since you don't provide associates who have time to actually help the customer, give us the tools so we can help ourselves. I don't like being a bother to your employees. They're too busy trying to do other things and that's of course the wrong way to approach customer service. Oh I could get on a soapbox and start lecturing you and your suits and ties about what goes on and what should go on. At 65 years. I have earned that right. Start listening to people who have acumen and who have vast business experience. Finally, review your pricing schedules. Whatever you're doing, I'm finding things a lot less expensive at no charge locations. You've got to be very sensitive and your marketing people need to be a little bit more savvy about what to charge and what not to charge for products that you sell. All that aside, there are a few things that I always buy here that I can't find anywhere else, mostly paper and plastic bag products, cat litter, some produce, and some bulk canned items. That's about it.Yes, I'm venting and yes I'm frustrated about what I see at Sam's club. As a stock owner, I also have a right to say something.
