I'm not one to give bad reviews, however, I'll have to make an exception in this case. Unfortunately, I have stage 4 leukemia and undergoing chemotherapy daily. I have ringing in my ears so consequently I use speaker phone because it's easier to hear. I visited the Salvation Army store in Morgantown West Virginia today. When I was in the store a woman named. Captain Jane S**** yells across the store at me yelling " I don't want to hear your conversation !!" In front of the enitre storw and customers. Needless to say it was embarrassing. Especially since I have no hair and being ill. To make matters worse when I asked her name a man covered in tattoos started yelling at me also. Needless to say thats my last visit to Salvatio Army. Just to be clear there was no sign saying not to use cellphones in the store.I am also pretty certain that this womens behavior is NOT in line with Salvation Army's mission statement. I reached out to Salvation Army's corporate office and have yet to hear from them. I am a retired physician who is sick and this is how I was treated. I strongly encouraged anyone trying to save some money to LOOK ELSEWHERE for deals!!
Some suggestions in the Morgantown area are at the old mall there are 2 thrift stores there. The employees are helpful and kind. Goodwill,Gabes and Ollie are are places that offer bargins that treat there customers and dignity and respect. If you live in Fairmont Penny Pincher is awesome.
I only hope is that Salvation Army's representative ((Captain Jane S****) doesnt spew anymore of her vitriol toward anybody else who has cancer or any other terminal illness!!

I love this location! They always have a great selection, it's clean and the staff is extremely welcoming and helpful! I go every other week sometimes once a week and every time is a fun experience.
