This is billed as secure storage. The front gate hasn’t closed in weeks. In addition there are so many enormous potholes on the higher levels they are impossible to dodge. Have reported both issues with no results. Will be moving out soon.

Our unit took on water and our property was damaged. We did take out insurance but we never got full replacement value. The parking lot by the climate control area is one huge puddle and poorly maintained. The climate control is musty and out stuff smelled. We moved out 3 weeks ago and closed out our account but still getting late notices. i called but and they said they are waiting for property manager to do final inspection.

Whenever I got to the site i had a code to get in, but then my new unit was inside a building that had a code that I was not given. I called and waited 30 minutes before getting a code and then once I finally got inside there was a lock on my unit. I called customer service and told them and the rep said “i don’t know what to tell you, my records show it’s in your name and there shouldn’t be a lock on it”. Then told me someone couldn’t come cut the lock off for 5 more days and if there are items inside they would need to first figure out whose they are and get them moved so could be another week. I asked to be compensated considering I had already paid for it and couldn’t use it. They told me no. This happened when I rented my first unit from there also but thankfully there was another open one they could move me to. This time they basically told me to kick rocks. Horrible experience

This place is a disaster. You almost need a four-wheel-drive vehicle to drive into the facility because the potholes are so massive. One access door to the climate control units, the lock is completely broken and you can see where people have been prying the door trying to get in. It’s completely unsecured and a huge security issue.Again, the potholes are so deep that there is at least four or 5 inches of water in them all the time whether it has rained or not. the access road at the top of the facility is strewn with trash and personal items that people have just discarded and are just laying there. The inside of the climate control unit also has trash that has been sitting there for months. All this and in the short year and a half that I have been there, the price has gone up three times. Stay away from this facility and definitely check your contract about when and how much they can raise your rent.

I would not recommend this place for anything! I was robbed and pay the insurance in case something like that happens and while myself and my 5 kids are homeless and our entire lives in their storage we get robbed and they do nothing about it! I haven't even been reimbursed for anything. Still has marks from the lock being cut off. Need more cameras and cameras inside! Charge way to much to let ppl be robbed!!!
