Steve Coup is an amazing personal trainer who works with me and my mom separately and/or together. She is 82 years old, and I am 46 years old. His specialty is personal training, but his understanding of nutrition, physiology, anatomy, safety awareness, and cultural awareness provides a holistic approach you will learn from. Steve is passionate about helping others and makes sure my mom and I have safe and beneficial exercise experiences. The facility and other employees of Pro Performance RX at Mylan Park create the perfect exercise experience.

They obviously don't care about the Pierpont location. The gym is an after thought. There are a bunch of broken machines with signs on them saying they're broken. You know, those machines can be replaced if they're beyond repair. One of the cable machines has been broken on again off again for the better part of a year now, the stair master was out of commission for months, now the leg extension is out of commission and will likely never been fully fixed.The Pierpont gym is filthy and full of broken equipment, and it is obvious that no one cares.

Best gym in Morgantown. Many selection of equipment dumbbells and racks. People are nice the staff are amazing. Price is great, you get access to 3 different locations. Can’t complain.

No heat, roof leaks like a champ. It was 10 degrees colder inside compared to outside. Field was soaked.

Okay, so the gym is great. The staff is helpful and friendly. One star for their sketchy payment system. I haven’t been a member for 6 months and I STILL get auto billed to my credit card. This is even after I sent the cancellation forms and went through that process. I don’t live in the same state anymore, and the fact that this is the 3rd or 4th time I have to call and stop the payment is absolutely ridiculous.

I signed my boys up for Soccer Clinic and they never showed. Didn’t tell us till was time to start. Sat for over hour because time they had for son age group was not time they have on signup. This was a total let down I’m single mother my boys need this so I even went and bought them shoes balls and was want to see them enjoy this. Very unhappy I sent email out let see if I can get a response.

I have enrolled my grandsons at this facility. They love it. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive to them. This was a great decision to bring them here.

This small chain of gyms apparently use to be the gold standard in the community at one time, but unfortunately falls flat now. While it is technically a gym location(s), it lacks a lot of stuff that would justify the monthly price tag now. The facility hours at the two locations that aren't open 24/7 make it hard to get to if one has a job, leaving only one of the three locations as a viable option most of the time. The equipment there is outdated when compared to the WVU recreation center or other gyms in the area and it lacks a lot of critical machines for most programming today and the machines they do have appear to be severely worn or they may only have one or very few which can cause a wait when trying to workout. Additionally, the bathrooms were always dirty at the location that is open 24hrs, and the Mylan park location upstairs area reeked of vomit. The icing on the cake is due to these reasons I called and canceled my monthly membership. Unfortunately, due to poor employee practice they apparently never sent or told me of the cancellation form that I would have to fill out to technically cancel my membership. So they continued to charge me for three months apparently and I didn't even know about it until they turned me into collections! I tried contacting the managers and after waiting weeks, someone finally responded to me and said there is nothing they could do despite their employees never canceling my account or sending me their cancellation form. Very sad for a gym with such a presence in the community to fall so flat and have so little intelligence. Would not recommend anyone spend their money here.

Best gym in Morgantown maybe the world. It's the only gym in town that has free weights. So who are these other jokers that are calling themselves gyms and no free weights. I think in order to call yourself a gym you must have the free weights . Well pro has them. So if your looking to get jacked this is your only option. Fymfs

BEWARE THE FINE PRINT - THE FRONT DESK WILL LIEthe front desk guy told me I just need a card on file and I wouldn't be charged if I didn't have the money on the card which I specifically asked him. They also charged me for the aquatics center when I was told I had to go sign up with them specifically, which I decided against because I couldn't afford it yet. So I got charged for an aquatics center I never even used, and I got charged for a month I never even used, because it's my fault for not reading the fine print and being completely lied to and misled. Why in the world would they bill you in the mail for someone who didn't even have the money in their account? I'm sorry but hidden fine print contracts, especially when you are told otherwise, is horrible business practice. Do yourself a favor and go to flex fitness. Better equipment, cheaper, and less people use it. They will NEVER get that 60 out of me. Credit score be dammed.

They've been an amazing gym for years! The workers are friendly and knowledgeable, and they have the best assortment of equipment and expertise needed in every sport imaginable! I've learned and grown over the years, and in no small part to this place!

Very special, professional & courteous. However, they need to clean up their locker room some of the lockers have belongings that have been there at least 2 years the dust is ridiculous. Outside of that very good.

SCAM!!!!DO NOT EVER COME HERE UNLESS YOU PLAN ON NEVER CANCELING. I canceled my subscription months ago and not only did they keep charging me, but I also was never informed about the charges until a financial recovery company sent me a letter saying I owe 120 dollars. For the sake of your wallet please never ever go to this gym
