PrimeLending helped me every step of the way and was able to get me approved. They took as much stress off of me as they possibly could and I didn’t exactly make it easy on them. I changed employment a matter of days before closing, Laura and Brandy did everything possible to get me to closing on time. Terrible experience with this mortgage company. I would advise only for your own interests to go elsewhere as their allegiance is not ensuring the customers satisfaction or safety of the secured funds.Willing to overlook contractor fraud to protect and cover mistakes made in not doing their due diligence during a construction loan. The contractor is supposed to submit licensing and tax I'd which he couldn't because the state says he has no license. Fraudulent contractor fooled the bank and instead of getting the evidence of the fraud and aiding the buyers primelending continued to ignore and disbursed additional funds believing the buyers were just disgruntled. The contractors had been arrested several times for fraud and has several cases against him but prime still wants to turn a blind eye as if nothing has happened. The state licensing board issued a fine and citation the police department issued a warrant but primelending refuses to see they released funds to an unlicensed contractor for work he did not complete, nor did he intend on completing.
