Great staff, clean store. Shower was very clean as well as the bathroom. hot water and very good flow. Hidden gem in the middle of nowhere. Only issue is there are two washers to 4 dryers ????

Terrible layout!! Went to a Pilot specifically because we were moving cross country with multiple large vans/trailers. Absolutely awful layout to get trailers to/from the gas pumps (non-diesel). Diesel area is large and built for semi’s but if you have a large vehicle and don’t use diesel, find somewhere else! Not worth the hassle. Bathrooms are pretty grody too :/

Although this is one of the smallest Pilot Travel Centers I have been, they are wonderful! My water heater in my camper died, and since I am staying on private property, I do not have access to the public showers. The facilities were clean, the staff was kind, the water was hot, and the whole family feels better!

This Pilot doesn't care about a drivers health. Pizza and Cinnabon. They could at least have a Subway or some kind of restaurant

This pilot is absolutely disgusting. I walked in the doors at 6 am 5/2/2024 the men’s bathroom is disgusting floors are filthy. Looks like the floor in the store hasn’t been mopped since the store open. And don’t get me started on the coffee. It’s a freaking pilot. How do you not have any fresh coffee made at 6 am. I’m so disappointed. Truck drivers don’t ask for much. Just clean bathrooms and fresh coffee. Be aware you won’t get either at this pilot. It’s a filthy nasty disgusting place but at least the employees were nice

This is the worst pilot I have ever been to. Very very dirty. Limited parking. Felt like I could get sick eating from here. Piss all over the floors, food smeared on the counters, straw wrappers everywhere and so on. When I spoke to a manager he said yeah I was by myself most of the night then just stands there behind the register and didn't even try to fix the issue or apologize or anything. Blows my mind.

This Pilot is smaller than other Pilots. Easy enough to access off of I-79 in a car or other small personal vehicle. They have a ton of coffee options! They offer a Rewards Program. You can go old school and get physical rewards card, or you can download their app for rewards. I am not a professional driver, so I can’t comment on amenities for professional drivers.

No real selection for food and the stuff they have is old and looks like it's been sitting for over 5 hours, the bathrooms were nasty and EXTREMELY limited parking, I gave it a 2 because the service was quick but other then that I say maybe a 30 min break and that's about it.

Although the parking and showers are a little more expensive, it's a very neat and clean place. The employees are nice and helpful. The parking lot is small so get there early.

This place is not RV friendly. It’s tight around the pumps and there’s only one exit for autos.
