Jess is amazing she is so much help I definitely recommend coming to see her! Went to Meadowbrook mall twice to do a return and they wouldn’t do it so I drove to Morgantown and Jess completed the return no problem

I had Jess help me and do my ear piercings and she was AMAZING. Helped with suggestions and placement, was super clean in piercing my ears and it didn't hurt too bad at all! She knows what she's doing and I wouldn't want anybody else helping me out. Thanks Jess!

Liz did an awesome job! She was very professional and knowledgeable but also friendly and approachable. She helped pick out pieces that would go together well, while giving me a variety of options. I am very pleased with how my piercings turned out, and I will definitely recommend her to anyone!!

Liz was absolutely great! My friendsand I came to the mall to shop and instead left with a bunch of beautiful piercings! She is super quick and very efficient! Definitely recommend going to her asap!

Terrible customer service. Charged twice for earrings (once with debit, even though we ended up paying cash). Charge on card never reversed Liz said they were having system problems that day, and remembered the whole transaction, but wouldn’t refund us for either when we went back two weeks after purchase. In store location and corporate wouldn’t do anything.Could care less. Won’t be back to shop there again.
