I had to fix my Toyota Camry because it was a lease and had to go back. I got quotes from four different shops and Performance Collision offered the cheapest and the most precise one. Their repair job was amazing and very professional. They were also very nice and helpful. I recommend this place.

I find it absolutely Egregious as of the date and time of this review, performance collision is listed in the top 10 best Collision shops in Morgantown West Virginia. Obviously as of this review they only have one review on this particular platform which is the platform that placed them in the top 10 for our area. Do not be fooled though........ My particular experience with this location is as follows. 2 times my car was at a performance collision location, it made its way from the Morgantown location to the Parsons West Virginia location. It made its way back illegally speaking to the Morgantown location a complete mess on the inside. From a percentage standpoint only 80% of the work was done that was paid for a, of that 80% that was done 70% was done incorrectly right down to something so stupid as not matching the paint properly. It wasn't so much that the paint was not done properly matched on the entire vehicle, somehow they managed to only miss Madge the paint on about half of what they did. How in the world do you miss match paint on only part of the paint job that you do? My mind is completely blown over the fact that only part of the paint job they did was mismatched. Not only that but they were paid to do work that they didn't even do. Their repair work was so badd not only once but twice, that the insurance company forced them to pay for the cost of the rental card the 2nd time around. It is also my understanding that payments to this location were put on hold as a result of the bed work that they did comet not only that but it is also my understanding that my particular insurance company has put in motion the process that will remove them from their partner network. The 2nd time I got the car back, rob who I assume is the person in charge of this shop would not stop talking about how he had no idea why this car came back a second time. According to him and his opinion based on what he said he felt there was nothing wrong with the vehicle whatsoever. However I vividly remember picking my car up a second time at the Morgantown location and that listening to an employee of that shop utter the words, " It's a darn shame they couldn't have done it right the 1st time down there this car looks so much better now than it did when we got it for the 2nd time" I'll never forget the death glare that rob gave that employee when he heard him say that. Of course any business has the right to lie to the Better Business Bureau as it is not an official body, but my badge experience alternately caused me to have to seek out assistance from the Better Business Bureau whom the owner of the shop completely lied to. Subsequently my car was taken to a new body shop for another estimate, and before I could tell the owner of that shop why I was there from about 50' away the owner of that shop said these exact words: " My God, what did they do to your car? Never mind I don't even want to know.. It is completely screwed up I can tell by looking at it it was in an accident and then it was repaired improperly, rest assured though I'll fix it" Ultimately as the result of the bed repair work at performance collision 2 times over my car was totaled. There is an open case with the Attorney General's office right now and depending on how that shakes out they will or will not find themselves in small claims court. What I can say is this, Regardless of the outcome I will never take my vehicle to perform its collision ever again, I recommend everybody never take their car to perform its collation for any reason whatsoever. I also understand of course mistakes happen, this was not a mistake this was absolute complete utter disregard, As well as this particular experience and experiences that other people have had and posted on public review platforms indicate that I highly doubt anybody inside the performance collision center network including those that work there have the proper experience and/or certification to fix somethi

The Preston Co. Location Had My Car First.... The Job Done There Was FUBAR.... They Were Paid To Fix Things They Did Not Touch, And Butchered The Rest..... It Came To The Morgantown Location For A Second Time, And Still FUBAR...... I Have To Wonder, Did They Move From Canyon RD To The Industrial Park To Avoid The Shop Being Egged Daily On Account Of How Subpar The Work Is?? It Would Not Surprise Me...... 0 Accountability, 0 Skill, 0 Professionalism........ These Guys Display That They Don't Know Left From Right..... That's My Experience.......... I'd Suggest Pass Em' Up And Go Elsewhere!!!

Did not open as advertised or answer the phone while standing at door. Employees present in garage area but ignored fact it was well past 8 and could clearly see you standing there. Try and support local businesses but will go elsewhere.

My car's battery died so I had a towing company come get it, and they accidentally backed into it- causing damage to the back bumper. The Insurance company recommended Performance Collision. So I left my car here while I went on a trip to visit my family. 10 days later, and THE CAR DID NOT MOVE SINCE I HAD BEEN THERE LAST! Iarrived around 1pm and waited 30 minutes for them to get back from lunch as the note just said "will be back around 1:15". ALSO, Customer's keys and paperwork are left on the front counter, UNATTENDED WITH DOOR OPEN. Absolutely utter nonesense.

They attempted to fix my 2016 Nissan Titan Pro4x with pearl paint. I have worked for Nissan for 10 years as a tech. I know what it should look like and how the work should be performed. Not very quality work at all. The paint did not match on my brand new truck at all and there was mismatch bolts holding it together, the trim Work was atrocious and they didn't even put the new parts on that were ordered. When I went back to the shop to tell them the discrepancies there was literally the new parts laying on the floor not installed in the truck. They did the grill bumper hood fender skid plate and trim work. When I got the truck back the fender flares were flapping in the breeze and half assed taped on. The skid plate was crooked and not mounted with the correct hardware. The bumper facia and grill were all different shades of white. The paint had copious amounts of dirt and runs in it. When I took it back I was told “ We will see if we can help you out.†Like seriously your going to help me out now!? The job was estimated by Erie insurance (which is of no help what so ever) for 24 hours and it took them 8 weeks. This is the product they give back to me!? The work performed on my $60,000 truck was substandard at best. If you are looking for a body shop I suggest moving on and finding somewhere other than here. They may have been good at one time but in my opinion that time has passed. Their five star rating must be for standing up right and breathing.
