Do not recommend. They do bad work there and do not fix the issues. Have brought them my car countless times and they’re doing faulty work and leaving problems so you have to come back. Brought my car to another shop and after the inspected my car, the first questions they asked me was who was doing work on your car prior? They don’t fix the problems so that you have to come back. Do not recommend what so ever. Go to any other place in Morgantown and you’ll get better work done.

A few weeks ago, I was driving across the US in the course of moving house from the west coast to the east coast. On a Sunday, my Toyota Corolla's manual transmission gave up on me & stranded me on the side of I-68. I called AAA, but had to give some destination to tow my vehicle to. The only thing open that was at all close was the NTB in Morgantown, West Virginia.
After their diagnostic exam, NTB confirmed my suspicions that the issue was my clutch, & were upfront with me that they didn't usually do that kind of work. They said a technician was coming in on Monday who might be able to fix it, but parts would need to be ordered. I took a motel for the night, & Monday morning I called a bunch of other repair places I found on google, but either they didn't do that sort of work, or they were busy for the next few days or next few weeks. When I talked to NTB, they said they could get my car fixed by the end of day Tuesday, so I made a quick decision & signed the paperwork.
It wasn't cheap, but it did get me out of Morgantown & on to my final destination with no more transmission issues so far. The staff at NTB were professional at all times while also being kind & understanding of my odd situation. 100% would recommend this place!

Not sure how this trash place has over 2 stars. These people do not know what they are talking about and charge you 2x’s the amount other garages would do things for. If what they say is wrong is actually wrong. Don’t trust.

I had just bought a new-to-me SUV from a local dealership and less than 24 hours later, I started getting flat tire notifications. After the dealership told me to kick rocks and knowing NTB has always taken care of me, I immediately made an appointment to buy tires. I got here and told them I wanted them to just check it out first before the drastic idea of tires. They found a nail in the tire, patched it, and even checked over the rest of the car for me considering the bad experience I had with the purchasing dealership. These guys have always taken care of me, and I always appreciate how friendly and understanding they are! Highly recommend if cars aren’t your thing and you need some experts.

Fast ,friendly service. First time having our car serviced here and would definitely recommend. Josh one of the technicians was Great. Made us feel comfortable and was very helpful.
