Absolutely incompetent when it comes to resolving their own errors they created. Customer service reps are not reliable and frequently make mistakes taking information over the phone and making changes to account.

Horrible customer service. I’ve lived in the same place for almost 6 years and $115 for one person is ridiculous ! My bill has NEVER EVER been that high. Customers should always call in and request an accurate meter reading instead of allowing them to estimate!
