“I went to the AT&T location at 51 Donahue Drive, Morgantown, WV on July 19, 2024 and was greeted immediately by Tristenn. He was able to answer my questions regarding my recent trade-in of my Apple phones. He then offered to install the protective screen I had just received for my new Iphone. He was extremely helpful and friendly and represented AT&T in the most positive manner. I want to commend him for attitude, helpfulness and friendly service.”

“Really great experience with an in store rep named Dylan on June 4th near closing. Went above / beyond with assisting with an upgrade that ended up being more than a little complex. Patient, personable, knowledgeable, & great with handling unexpected issues. Even with a miscommunication on my end, they fixed everything in the end without even showing annoyance with me, which they should have. I would have. I worked in customer service myself & they handled the situation better then most reps ever would. One the best experience I've had with an ATT customer service rep.”

He was super thorough and brought true comfort and peace in helping us out. I promise the next time I need a new phone, I will drive almost 2 hours just to give him the sales and business. “Walked in here after having a bad experience at the university town center and got the help we were expecting from the university town center here Kayla was very helpful kind and very willing to help she talked us through many phone help us pick the right deal for us and she did she also talked us through the prices of the phones we asked about she definitely gets a 5 star rating from my husband and I she even engaged with my our oldest daughter answering any questions she had and even helping her with a few things she needed help with on her phone and showed her how to fix them
