This facility is of excellent quality.It is well lit, well secured and feels safe even if you are the only one there.It is always clean and the units are verynice. I have a climate controlled unit and my things are guarded against the harsh weather.It is also reasonably priced.I can not say enough about the management. They always respond immediately, they have been very understanding and have worked with me as I went through a hard time.I have used many storage units over the years and this one wins my vote by a landslide!I strongly recommend Metro Storage.You can sleep sound at night and know that your most precious worldly possessions are safe.I have had a very pleasant experience with this establishment.And yes I am a real person and a very happy customer ?!

Been using covered parking for larger vehicles for over two years, have a few storage units as well. Safe and secured all around. Highly recommend.

Metro Storage has a great facility for any of your storage needs. We needed their garage sized climate controlled storage units for an out of state move here to WV. The price was fair, the units were clean, stayed at a good controlled temp and customer service was top notch. Arrived underestimating the amount of stuff and Metro was able to accommodate us with a unit that happened to be right next door to our previously reserved one.If you need storage in Morgantown I’d recommend no one else!

Process was very easy. Needed a storage unit quickly, set the application, made the payment, and was very quickly that I received instructions on how to access the storage unit.

Ricky & Anthony were both very helpful throughout the process. Great facilities and great customer service. Spoke with Ricky on a Saturday evening to adjust units and he was responsive and made the accommodations we needed. Not sure what more you could ask for. Thanks guys, great experience.
