A very Long wait time for lab work.

This place is terrible. Every time you go in it’s a long wait, staff is rude, and god forbid if you show up 30-40 minutes before their lunch break, they’ll tell you to come back after lunch. Find somewhere else.

My wife has to go for labs every week. Terri takes excellent care of her. Never have to be there for long. We appreciate them very much.

This place can get very busy @ times, the girls here are very nice & try to get patients through as quick as possible.

While my wait was a half hour longer than scheduled, there was only one phlebotemist who was required to run everything that day. She was very kind, professional, and went above and beyond to help me to my car as I had 12 vials of blood taken that day. I do think there could be better signage so as to find the Lab easier.

Extremely slow and they act like it takes 2 workers to go in the room instead of them rolling patients in and out in a timely manner. Not all of them are slow but it’s a few that don’t wanna be here obviously

Easy to find...after actually finding it. Scheduled online with little wait time for same day appt. Staff friendly and helpful. I recommend LabCorps to anyone needing any type lab services.

I witnessed a young girl who was a nurse who had to take a drug test for a job be talked down to because she had to bring her infant child to her drug testing they made her leave her child outside in the waiting room and she was not happy about it and they were not very nice to her about it a complete stranger than watch the child and she was a nervous wreck the lady Sue there in the office was rude snapped her hand together and was just a real rude person so the girl coming down the hall says this is fucking ridiculous she did not cuss the girl she was upset with the situation and the woman said don't cuss at me real snippy and she said I didn't cuss at you she wanted to make it an ordeal the lady Sue in the office was very unprofessional and this is a very poor protocol for young women who are single parent and have nobody to leave an infant child in a car seat and told this is their protocol this is unacceptable and I can hardly believe what I seen and heard but that young girl was so upset and then the lady comes out of the office and has the audacity to tell her she's going to call her employer and tell them that they need to tell their employees not to bring their children first of all that's an invasion of the Hippa law and I believe that this woman needs reprimanded ASAP and they need to put a new protocol in place for young single mothers who have infant children this was unacceptable behavior on the staff at LabCorp and I can hardly believe what I witnessed.

So slow, waited 40+ minutes after check in. This place needs better directions, had to drive up close to see the board.

I am a notoriously difficult patient with blood work (tiny veins, pass out, etc). The staff could. It have been more patient and understanding with me.

Extremely rude for no reason at all. I don't understand why those people are still employed there.
