The Burrito Jalisco was the size of Michoacán, tasty af with the perfect mild-medium spiciness and those caramelized veggies noted by a previous guide that the cheese slather and select dried out mini camarones didn't matter a bit. This was an awesome tasty burrito and top quality. And the made in Mexico Michoacán baseball cap for $20 made the whole experience out of this world and out of this country.

Food: Absolutely amazing. So much flavor in everything. I highly recommend the birria and al pastor tacos. The Burrito Jalisco was also mindblowing. The peppers and onions inside were caramelized, which took it to the next level. It came with steak, chicken, and shrimp, and it was all super juicy, perfectly cooked, and well-seasoned. The churros were very fresh and not stale whatsoever. The toppings at the toppings bar were great too, and I got some nice, thick crema, a fresh slice of lime, and some salsa. Both the verde and rojo were solid, but the highlight was the rojo. It's very rare a place can make something that's actually spicy for my tolerance, but they managed it here.Service: I got to put my three semesters of Spanish into practice and used it to order. It was a super cool experience and everything came out as I wanted it.Atmosphere: A bit of a hidden gem, as it's a food truck attached to a market in a less-trafficked area of town. They do have a small dining area, but I chose to get takeout and eat at home. They had tons of products ranging from snacks to medicine. It was very interesting to see all of that and I spent a good bit of time just looking around. I ended up buying some milk candy which was great.
Parking: Not many spots and the lot is full of ruined pavement.

The food is very authentic. The place was packed today and for a reason, it's delicious! It's also affordable compared to some of the other restaurants in town. There is a market and a dine in area if you choose to sit down and eat. Definitely recommend giving this place a try! ?

I’ve been a lot of place and had tacos all over, from Mexico to Cali to Hawaii to Texas, anyways, these are the best tacos I’ve ever had in my life, hands down. If you like authentic street tacos this is your place. Also I could literally put their red sauce in a bottle and drink it. The best around. Another good mention their chorizo queso is incredible. 10/10 I eat here multiple days a week. Great prices too.

The food here is always so good - the arroz con pollo and the tacos are my favorites. Definitely give the tongue tacos a try! Nice selection of drinks in the cooler and tons of products in the market that are harder to find elsewhere. One of my favorite places to go
