I don't know what the problem with this pharmacy is, but I'm about to loose my mind. Every time I go there, there seems to be some sort of problem. I received a text this morning to let me know that my prescriptions were ready, so off I go to pick them up. Well, once again, only 1 was ready and there was going to be a long wait for the other one. Then why did I get the text saying 2 were ready? Now, I have to make yet another trip (which will be my 3rd for this one particular prescription) to get what I need. I tried to get it filled last week, but they were out of stock. If this wasn't the "preferred pharmacy" for my insurance, I'd go somewhere else in a heartbeat.

The people here never know what they are doing. There have been multiple instances where I have to come back every day to try to get my medication, but they won’t give it to me due to authorization issues. My doctor’s office informed me that this happened because they kept entering in information wrong. Their mistakes prevented me from getting my medication. They also sometimes give me the wrong medication altogether. I still have similar problems with them, so I am changing pharmacies.

Kroger severely needs to implement a mask policy. Starting with their own employees. Followed up by requiring their shoppers to have a face covering. WHY is this not a standard practice yet? WHAT part of SERIOUS ISSUE is hard to understand???

Workers here act like everyone is an inconvenience to them. A particular worker who I will leave unnamed almost hit me with a cart and then rolled their eyes because I was in the way. What a joke

They have a new security system that locks the wheels on the cart so you can't go anywhere - this would be ok except it far too often stops people who have paid for every thing like me. You have to stay in place till someone ia finally located to unlock you. They seem to take it as a big joke. I gave them 2 stars because their fish department is good.

Almost always short staffed, making for long lines and long wait times. I don't have many complaints about the staff who work there. They are good people who are overworked.

Everytime i come in for a Salad. There never none there... Then you ask the employees.. They like it going to kill them to bend over to see if there any made or not... I'm on a kidney Diet dew to cancer and Doctors say that salad i can have and only eat one time a day... And none there i got to eat something i not allow to have... Your employees should make sure they are full at all times... But i can see them playing around alot and get pay for it. Like to have a Job like that.... This place needs workers not kid.... My own Opinion.

Very convenient. When my wife had her accident and broke both of her feet, the ability to utilize this Kroger Pharmacy Drive Through was a godsend!!! Very nice and accommodating staff also! I would drive 10 miles out of my way to go here. No complaints at all!!

Easy to deal with and now has a walk up window
