“My brother passed away in 2010 had given me a stainless steel cross necklace before he passed that was his. Two weeks ago it broke after almost 13 years around my neck only coming off for surgery. I was highly upset to say the least money wise it wasn’t worth much being stainless but sentimental value it wasn’t replaceable by any means . Kay’s jewelry was where it was purchased before he passed even found it in the system but said they couldn’t send it away for repair because of the material which I know it’s hard to work with stainless. But someone suggested Allison’s I stopped an checked they was able to repair it an honestly if I didn’t know it was broken two weeks ago even I couldn’t tell it. Yes it was a very long 2weeks for me but today Allison earned a lifetime return customer an Kay’s jewelry well let’s just say they won’t be running my card through their computer ever again. Thank you Allison an your team for excellent work !!!!!! I’d give you 6 stars if it would let me but 5 is all”

“I have never been to this jewelry store before….and I must say….as long I live in Morgantown, I will never step foot into another one except this place. Two phenomenal people that take their time with you, care, and obviously love what they do. I actually have been there 3 days in a row…deciding on something. It’s not common these days you come across people like you do here. If I feel pressured or sense the fact someone just wants to sell you something….I’m probably not purchasing anything. I love supporting local businesses…and this place comes very highly recommended. It was a wonderful experience and as soon as my bank account says ok…I will be back. Thank you.
