When we talked about getting a new center stone she even took the time to give us the date of when the next event was and explained everything that happens at that time.

“My brother passed away in 2010 had given me a stainless steel cross necklace before he passed that was his. Two weeks ago it broke after almost 13 years around my neck only coming off for surgery. I was highly upset to say the least money wise it wasn’t worth much being stainless but sentimental value it wasn’t replaceable by any means . Kay’s jewelry was where it was purchased before he passed even found it in the system but said they couldn’t send it away for repair because of the material which I know it’s hard to work with stainless. But someone suggested Allison’s I stopped an checked they was able to repair it an honestly if I didn’t know it was broken two weeks ago even I couldn’t tell it. Yes it was a very long 2weeks for me but today Allison earned a lifetime return customer an Kay’s jewelry well let’s just say they won’t be running my card through their computer ever again. “Got my daughters second piercing. They handled our chaos so well. My toddler was being crazy, I was more impatient than usual. And the girl who did the piercing was so patient! My oldest checked out by herself and when she did they helped her pick items for the buy 3 get 3.”

Because of the specific links, one establishment wouldn't even make an attempt, the other quoted me $50 and a three week waiting period. Masman resized the watch and accompanying bracelet in ten minutes for a fraction of the previous quote. Additionally, the individual who assisted us was extremely kind.”
