My brother passed away in 2010 had given me a stainless steel cross necklace before he passed that was his. Two weeks ago it broke after almost 13 years around my neck only coming off for surgery. I was highly upset to say the least money wise it wasn’t worth much being stainless but sentimental value it wasn’t replaceable by any means . Kay’s jewelry was where it was purchased before he passed even found it in the system but said they couldn’t send it away for repair because of the material which I know it’s hard to work with stainless. But someone suggested Allison’s I stopped an checked they was able to repair it an honestly if I didn’t know it was broken two weeks ago even I couldn’t tell it. Yes it was a very long 2weeks for me but today Allison earned a lifetime return customer an Kay’s jewelry well let’s just say they won’t be running my card through their computer ever again. Thank you Allison an your team for excellent work !!!!!! I’d give you 6 stars if it would let me but 5 is all

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Allison's and we went on to buy both of our wedding bands from Allison's. The rings are exactly what we wanted, thank you! I also brought in some gold earrings to be fixed - when I picked up the earrings the bill was more than double what I had been quoted. We met in the middle, but I was disappointed in this experience, especially because we had been decent customers already.

Apparently they are the only ones in Morgantown who will replace a watch battery on watches not purchased there. Walked right in and was out in less than 10 minutes with a new battery and reasonably priced at $15.00 for the replacement battery.

Everyone there is very helpful and down to earth. No pressure to buy anything more than what you need. Allison even fixed my engagement ring within a week. (my own fault)

Very kind and helpful people. Allison helped me out with an appraisal for a piece of jewelry I purchased elsewhere. She got the appraisal done very quickly for me. Can’t say enough good things about the pleasant experience I had here!

My husband and I went in there yesterday for the first time. Even though I only purchased a silicone wedding band to wear to work so I don’t lose another diamond, Allison and her mother were so welcoming and helpful! I’ll definitely be going back to get my third band created.

My girlfriend and I stopped in to look for an engagement ring. The store was very clean. They had an extensive selection. Brian and the lady who were working there (unfortunately I do not remember her name) were very friendly.

Extremely friendly staff and amazing customer service. My engagement ring needed a minor repair and they were able to fix on the spot. They also cleaned my wedding band so I left feeling and looking great! Thanks again to Allison and her wonderful staff!

First time customer. Super friendly and very helpful. The price I was quoted was higher than the actual amount due.The nice worker lady, called the owner and she was able to meet me in the middle of the price. Very impressed that she cared enough to help me even when she was home. Both staff memebers went above to make sure I had a positive experience. My ring was sized perfectly. I wont go anywhere else for my jewelry needs. Thank you all!

I highly recommend Allison's. I took my engagement ring there to be fixed. The final cost was way below the estimate and looks brand new. I'm very pleased and the staff is super wonderful.
