Good, solid place for watch lovers. New, reconditioned or repairs. This place can do it all. Willing to special order for some brands or a model they do not have in stock. They took some links outta my watch today for free so I wanted to give them this review.

I felt their prices and they're insurance is fair. Also you will not have a cookie cutter ring, which was important to me

Hannah was amazing to work with. We went in 10 minutes before closing and she spent about 40 minutes with us. We had no idea what we wanted and she patiently took her time and we narrowed down our choice. We did spend the weekend going to other stores but no one compared. We bought a unique radiant cut long diamond and it is beautiful Mike had his wedding band custom made and once again we are not disappointed. Mike and I highly recommend Jacquelin's Fine Jewelry and their amazing staff.

The entire staff at Jacqueline’s has always been amazing to us. When we got engaged, my now husband spent a long time creating a custom ring with Tom, and it turned out perfect. They made sure to get the ring from Uniontown down to Morgantown in time for us to leave for our trip where he planned on proposing. We of course went back for our wedding bands, and again had a wonderful experience. I went to get my rings cleaned before the wedding, and unfortunately a diamond fell out (3 days before the wedding). They managed to get the stone reset within 24 hours, and even had someone drive it up to Wheeling for me, since I wouldn’t be able to pick it up. We are SO glad we went with Jacqueline’s instead of a big box jewelry store.

After having multiple bad experiences trying to get my engagement ring repaired from damage that occurred during an original repair with a different company, I finally turned to Jacqueline's to get another opinion, and if it was possible for my ring to be properly repaired. They had their jeweler look over my entire ring for me to assess all of the damage, see what would need to be done to get it back into shape, and gave me zero runarounds. They were so helpful throughout the whole process, and made me feel confident in my decision in looking elsewhere for repairs. My ring was going to require a decent bit of work done to get it back into the condition it should have been in, and the price quoted to me was beyond fair - I was blown away, to be honest. By the time I got my ring back, it looked brand new. Looking back to photos from when I first got my ring, to the pictures with the damage, to how it looked once I got it back, I was slack-jawed. It looked better than it did when it was purchased brand new, and you can tell that so much attention and care was put in to repairing it. Every little thing that was wrong, was fixed - zero traces of the original damage. I am beyond grateful for everything that Brian did to get my ring back into good condition, but even *more* grateful for getting my ring back to me in pristine condition. I recommend Jacqueline's 100% for their repair work, but also for their fantastic customer service. Thank you all so much!

Incredibly disappointing experience. I bought a 45gram 18k gold bracelet from my home country from the most renowned jewelers in the country. I left it with Jacqueline’s to hopefully have extended because it was too tight.The process took two months, missing a couple major events I would have preferred to be wearing it during. The design used was very unsatisfactory and only 14k gold was used. So much so I asked for the work to be undone.After receiving it back after two months I noticed the bracelet looked very scratched up and worn. It looked very used because it was not cared for like I would expect from a fine jewelry establishment. The gentleman asked if I would like it polished. I refused because it would have had to be sent the jeweler and the jeweler is the one who put the bracelet in this condition.As you can imagine this was very upsetting and heart breaking. The bracelet has never been worn. I got it from half way across the world from my home country. Almost like the initial wearing of the bracelet has been spoiled. I decided to wait until I return to my home country to get it restored and extended properly.
