Will not deal with them again or recommend to anybody! If you want parts go somewhere else. Bought a bumper and it did not have hardware that was suppose to be with it. Called to see if they could send it to me and would not. I live 2 hours away and they want me to come and exchange bumper for another one.

I wouldn’t buy a spark plug from these guys. This is a showroom for motorcycles nothing more. Service and customer service is the worst out of any business I have ever dealt with. Go somewhere else.

Just had a fantastic experience with Morgantown Powersports. Bought a Suzuki 2020 King Quad 750, two helmets, goggles and of course some t-shirts. Great customer service and everyone was very knowledgeable about the products and answering our questions. Will definitely send more business their way and go back when we “need†another ATV.

We had the most enjoyable experience with Morgantown Powersports, from countless calls and conversations with Brody, Nathan with helping size Travis up with his gear, to Raphael delivering to the middle of nowhere. Everyone there, in my opinion, went above and beyond to make a 12 yr old young man very happy. Thank you all so much! Travis is doing great on the new bike having no problems at all. You all have definitely earned a repeat and loyal customer with us!!
