Horrible spring bed, holes all over the walls, broken pictures, holes in the cups, clock with random time on it, no toilet paper holder, dirty shower, hairs in my bed, missing smoke detector, and a great view of a roof 8 inch from the window.... All this for over $300 a night, what a rip off

Breakfast was delicious and the room and pool was awesome but the manager Cade kept following us around like we were children or something… he followed us outside when we went to grab our DoorDash then he followed us outside and asked what we were doing and we told him we were having a smoke and waiting on food then he accused us of stealing pillows from god knows where but he was super nosy and we felt like he could of minded his own business and not harassed us so much… other then that it was nice!

Reserved a suite. Uncomfortable furniture. Diamond member with a profile that says ground floor away from elevator. I was given 4th floor next to noisy elevator. Breakfast staff was great with well prepared food.

Great hotel and nice and clean but someone was smoking the whole night and the hotel smelled strongly of smoke. We opened windows and still could smell it in our room.

Stopped here on our way back from Florida. Didn't notice until we laid down for the night but our room had bed bugs. Were given the option to move all our stuff and sleeping infant to adjacent rooms-likely still have bed bugs. We opted to not sleep in the bed and just leave first thing in the morning. We told the front desk who mentioned they've had other containers. They refunded our money but have not had any response back from anyone regarding a expenses to now launder all of our items and detail our car to prevent bringing them back with me.

Holiday Inn is Holiday inn. All the same. What makes this one different is the staff.
