The Hillcrest Clinic facility and staff are exceptional at caring for your fur baby. Dr Allen and her surgery staff Trina and Sara cared for my Gus as if he was their own providing compassionate care. Dr Allen was exceptionally supportive proving what to expect before and after Gus’s procedure. Lindsey Stidom went above and beyond to ensure that Gus was comfortable in preparing him for his procedure and his recovery. I highly recommend Hillcrest, they treat your pet as if it was there own!

My family has used Hillcrest for the last 3 years since our sweet Daisy needed follow up for vestibular disease. During her routine checkups some tumors were found. We were given many treatment options and opted for palliative care. Today we had to take Daisy in for her last visit. We were lead to a quiet spacious room and were given lots of time with Daisy prior to a small IV being placed. Once we had some additional time alone, Dr Owen came in and sat on the floor with us. She explained everything that would be happening and told us that our only job was to love on Daisy as much as we could for the next few minutes. After Daisy was at peace and crossed the Rainbow Bridge, the tech took her to prepare her for us to take home for a burial. We were greeted at our car with Daisy in a box with her name and a heart on it. We were also given several pieces of card stock paw prints and a nose print for keepsake. The extra surprise was a little glass container with some of Daisy’s fur in it.
I couldn’t be more pleased with how well Hillcrest did in our time of sorrow. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. Family of Daisy Burnsworth ?❤️

This review is long overdue, but my dog Melly came into Hillcrest for regular acupuncture appointments as well as having a minor skin tag removed. Every single vet and technician in that office is incredible: Kind, helpful, and understanding. While Melly has crossed the rainbow bridge, I am so very grateful to Hillcrest's amazing staff for making her life that much healthier and happier.

I really missed seeing Dr Owen since we said goodbye to our kitty Fiona two years ago. When I arrived today with our new kitties she was so happy to see us. She’s a kind and sensible person who gives great advice. The kitties liked her too!

I found an severely injured puppy and brought her here for a chip scan out of convenience because it’s so close to my house. They were so sweet and compassionate and I ended up bringing her here for treatment and everyone remembered her every single time we came back. She basically got a welcoming committee. Her surgery (leg amputation) went really well and she’s made a perfect recovery. I’ve had great experiences with the staff and veterinarians here.
