The girl was very nice and answered all our questions. The price wasn't bad for an oil change 30 bucks. And they also checked a bunch of stuff. Very pleased with the service

Danny helped me out today, Sunday. Tried two Walmarts and the Sam's Club but none had my tire size in stock. Goodyear had two different types in stock. Definitely the place to go for in-stock tires and fast/friendly service. If I had gone to Goodyear first, it would have saved from visiting those other three businesses.

I was unable to leave a review without leaving one star. I used to go here all the time . They were professional and polite and very accommodating . Unfortunately that is no longer the case. Made an appointment for 2:30 pm . Dropped car an hour early and the man I gave the keys to was very short and dismissive. I called them at 4 as I had heard nothing about what needed to be done with my stealing brakes. “ Danny” put me on hold and never returned. I called back and the same Danny answered the phone and told me they hadn’t looked at it yet and then gruffly told me “ we close at 6”. He then hung up on me. I then went and picked up my car and advised them I would be taking it somewhere else since they hadn’t honored my appointment. They responded with “ that’s fine, we never touched it”. Such a shame. Another once amazing business gone to hell . So rude and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time here.

Got a front end alignment and noticed the next day the tire is visually out of camber, called in to tell them and said they can't do anything about it. Don't waste 150$ go somewhere else

My Wife Went Into This Establishment Today 4/13/24 And The Older Gentleman Was Really Nasty And Rude To Her! She Had An Appointment That Was Set Up On Line When She Gets There Y’all Don’t Have The Tires When Clearly They Said They Had Them Online! But Being Nasty To A Customer Is Really Uncalled For If Having A Bad Day Don’t Take It Out On A Customer! And Before I Came To Write My Review I Called Another GoodYear And The Gentlemen Said If They Said They Have The Tires Online When You Booked They Should Have Had Them! Especially If You Had An Appointment And Booked Online!

The guys at goodyear have done great work and shown themselves to be trustworthy. They are not pushy and have never recommended work I did not need. One time I even came in requesting a few service items. They spent a lot of time evaluating my car and eventually took me into the garage to explain why they thought the work was not necessary. That really impressed me. This will be my go-to place for both our cars.

I would like to personally thank Dakota, a Customer Advisor, at store #1065. This young man has great patience and answered all my questions, no matter how many I had… and there were a few. Even after leaving the store, sitting in my vehicle, and then going back inside with more questions, he still entertained them and helped me to decide on a better deal that fit my budget perfectly. I appreciate his kindness and care that he shown.

Goodyear on the green bag road in Morgantown WV is the worst possible place to take your vehicle. They lost the ability to do state inspections for 6 months now that they are back to doing inspections they are realizing that they have been missing so many things. The employees are RUDE. I was having an issue with the manager and the employees where having a good old laugh about it. They never keep appointments. Our appointment was at 10am and I got my truck back at 2 PM. We asked them not to change the oil and when we got it back the oil had been changed. I can go on and on but take it from me Goodyear on the green bag road is not a good place to take your vehicle. Maybe its time to shut it down and bring a new repair shop to Morgantown!

They were extremely helpful in diagnosing the issue with my car. They were very prompt and polite in answering the phone and quick to fix the issue. I wasn’t aware they did more than just tires. I would highly recommend them!

I've been going to Goodyear for pretty much all of my auto needs since we moved to the area last year. Every single staff member I've spoken to at Goodyear has treated me with the utmost respect and kindness, which I value a great deal as a woman who handles her own car maintenance. I'm used to dreading phone calls about getting work done on my car, but everyone at Goodyear is always very helpful and they reliably provide great service no matter what. They make it so easy to keep coming back. If you're in need of anything from brake work, to an alignment, to a simple oil change or inspection, Goodyear is 100% the place to go. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough.

I took my vehicle to Goodyear because I knew I would get quality service as well as parts at a nice price. I went for what I believed I needed after taking my vehicle to Toyota they told me Upper control arm. Well after talking to Goodyear they told me that all was needed a bolt for where my struts were because had fallen. Goodyear even took me back and showed me the issue. They also saved me about 10,000 dollars in repair because they told me I’ve gotten lucky with the strut and how it was moving. If you need work done go here.
