“I ordered a platter for my daughter's birthday and sent it to her college dorm. She never received it (even though there was a confirmation email that it was delivered) and I was ready to give a 1-star review and ask for a refund but called the shop to confirm. It ended up that due to the volume they were sending, they used Uber Eats to deliver it. The rep confirmed UE didn't take a picture of it as they were supposed to do, and the rep immediately put together a new platter and worked with me and my daughter to get it to her in a time that fit around her classes. He was so nice and very accommodating. I would definitely order from there again (but suggest that the delivery was not through Uber Eats). My daughter said the platter was great (pic attached)!”
