I did a phone order to have flowers sent to a friend. I just told them the basics of what I wanted which was Sunflowers with accents of purple. They totally hit it out of the park! They looked phenomenal! I am so pleased.

I asked them for one singular white rose as a boutonnière for my husband on our wedding day and I wanted a bouquet with white flowers. I sent them a picture and they assured me it would be no problem, months ago. I go to pick it up and my bouquet was yellow, ball shaped and hideous. They couldn’t even find the inspiration picture I sent. The man there did not care at all that this was for my wedding, the next day. He acted like it wasn’t his problem. He also told me he couldn’t do one singular rose as a boutonnière. He said they don’t do that and they wanted me to have 3 tiny yellow quarter size flowers. It was awful. I asked for a refund and had to go to another place the day before my wedding because they couldn’t care less. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever.

My wife sent a picture to them of exactly what she wanted her wedding bouquet to look like, including all white roses that were cascading. Went to pick them up the day before and they were yellow and not cascading at all, looked like funeral flowers. Luckily the floral department at Kroger can do better work than this place. Guy at the counter showed no interest in helping my wife with what she asked for. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I want to highly recommend this florist. Mike has been doing a grave blanket for me for 13 years. He always does a great job. This year he kept in contact with me to make sure I received mine. When I picked it up, my daughter saw a polar bear she wanted. But there was no price on it . When the clerk asked Mike how much he said 10 dollars. I looked at him and said thanks so much. We both knew it was more than that. He also did my daughter’s wedding and it was beautiful.There isn’t a better florist in Morgantown. Mike really cares about his clients.
